We have not seen the stranger’s typewriter since he showed it off to Emma. Does the stranger still have it? Or was it simply a prop to throw off Emma to his true intentions/or purpose in Storybrooke?

Probably. We still don’t know how Mr. Gold was able to get Henry, but I suspect, it was through illegal tactics (baby black market), but then how did he know to specifically get Henry?
Ooooh! 😮 I had a thought. What if Mr. Gold read that article about a little boy finding a baby on the side of the road? He already knew Emma’s name but if that article was in Emma’s personal file way back then, he could have put two and two together and figured that she was Charming/Snow’s daughter.

I had never noticed this either. 😮 The no-shadows thing though, Peter Pan didn’t have a shadow, or he lost it. interesting observation 😀
I remember that conversation! which makes me think that Mr. Gold always knew about his fairytale past but Regina gradually remembered over time.
also, when the EQ showed up at the castle to enact the curse, she asked where is the baby? Not where is Emma? She didn’t even know the name of Snow White and Prince Charming’s daughter. and since Emma is still not convinced that MM and David could be her parents, Regina likely hasn’t made that connection as well. all she knows is that Emma is Henry’s bio-mom.

aren’t unicorns also symbolic of purity? the only other fairytale (well, I guess it’s not really a fairytale) where there were unicorns was the movie, Legend. there were two unicorns there, one male and one female. one was killed and the other one lost it’s pointy part of the unicorn that makes it a unicorn. once that happened, darkness fell over the land. so, I guess the unicorns also represented ‘light’ or what is ‘good.’
I want to see Legend again now 😀
