Nimue leaves a mark or takes some blood?
Why do I get the impression that this is the very bad thing that Merlin predicted would happen if Excalibur were removed, even if done so for good reasons?
Sounds like a mark for the underworld perhaps… like they are marked out to be killed and/or taken away.

I wonder if they will use her for 5B and send her off to the Underworld with the others.
Or if she will be brave enough to sacrifice herself for others, such as her brothers and/or the gang. If Emma is not the death, then maybe she is?

I think in some ways, Regina held Emma up to a much higher standard. Emma is the Savior after all. Knowing that the Savior could do something that is almost akin to what Cora did strikes a nerve in Regina. Now, I agree that Regina has done some fairly terrible things and that her moral highground is insanely shaky but I think it’s a heady combo of being Henry AND the deed being similar to what Cora did to her.

As a side note…
Perhaps one of the reasons why Emma took everyone’s memories and put them in the dream catchers was not only to prevent Henry from finding out what Emma did, but also to give he and Violet another chance at friendship.

Why does all seeing, all powerful Merlin need help from anyone to break an unfamilar spell? Surely he can figure it out on his own *grump*
I am starting to wonder whether Belle is A&E’s representative nerd….the individual that is really smart but sufferers from perpetual frustration as the cool kids never recognise them for their smarts.

Yes, a couple of weeks ago (maybe longer), when we first learned that the gang were going to Hades, I postulated/wrote my hope on this forum that we might see Graham, Cora, Neil and other dead people (though I must admit, Graham is unlikely as @Watcher said. I really want Regina to admit that she killed Graham though…. Maybe that will still happen….).

It turns out that the terrible thing Emma did was rip out Violet’s heart and make the young girl break Henry’s heart so that Emma could have a tear to free Merlin. Is this a step too far for Ms Swan? Was it necessary or justified? Can Henry ever forgive Emma?
It was a horrible thing to do, but I don’t see that she had any other choice (as in, I don’t think it would have worked on any other couples because they would have smelled a rat and would not have been heart-broken) so I honestly think what she did was justified. Violet can always explain to Henry afterwards that she was manipulated by the the DO, so she and Henry can continue their friendship (no reason for long term heart break). Also, Emma tried to match-make them again by having the horse run away (and when does match making not involve a little bit of coaxing, persuading and manipulation?). The biggest loss would be Emma’s relationship with Regina, but given that he gave Regina chances in season 2, then he should give some to Emma, too.
As a side note, I am not enjoying Regina’s hypocracy over this issue. She has used children herself before, and for far less noble reasons, not to mention 10 years of gaslighting Henry.

-Nice and slow and so emotional!
-All the scenes with Regina and Emma working together. They looked like true sorceresses in their costumes, loved it!
-JdD’s acting is improving, isn’t it? Loved all the Violet and Henry scenes. I knew from the moment Emma mentioning that she needed tears from a broken hear that she would use Henry’s though.
-Emma saw what happened to Regina in her youth and she shared her grief.
–Called it! Yep, I was right that the memories are stored in the dreamcatchers, and they would be the key to having their memories returned. (Or at least, my theory lines up with Regina’s theory right now).
DISLIKES
-Merida using the cup/Belle to make Rumple Brave. After watching episode 2 (?) I complained on this forum that Emma should just threaten Rumple that she would kill Belle if he doesn’t pull the sword. The writers are using this very round about way to keep Merida useful in SB and I don’t like it. I would prefer it if the story was tighter and Merida was used for other, more sensible reasons.
-Regina said that Henry was the hero for letting Regina open the door to Dark Swan’s home, with no ”thank you” to Belle.
-Robin Hood, though is a main character, not having enough to do again.
-Regina could have used the dagger to check if Emma was telling the truth about her parents being under the spell, instead of just complaining that she is not sure if Emma is telling the truth due to the influence of the DO magic. (Maybe she wanted to give Emma a chance and keep use of the dagger down to a minimum, though).
CONFUSIONS
-The first time Emma used a dreamcatcher in season 2 she used light magic, didn’t she? But this time Regina says that using dreamcatcher magic/ putting spellings on dreamcatchers/whatever involves dark magic.
SIDE NOTES
Season 3 ep 5 was the first clear flirtation between Robin and Regina. This time it was a kiss on the cheek from Violet to Henry.

I’m pretty sure Eddy & Adam said at NYCC that it was the dark curse. They said that someone’s heart was used – which is what is needed for the dark curse. However I personally don’t think it was Emma that cast it.
After 504, I really agree. I think Arthur used Guinevere to cast the curse and had her use Lance’s heart.
This is what I thought, too -about A use G to cast the curse with L’s heart. Until I got confused over whether it was a DC in the first place.

Oh I see. I never attended or saw a clip/report of this, so I am going only by what I see, or not see on the show.
