ParticipantI am going to stick with the Once Upon a Time parents only, no Wonderland (sorry, folks).
I would say that Cora is the worst parent…towards Zelena.
Cora plonked Zelena in the middle of a clearing. If you watch the scene carefully, she had no knowledge that a cyclone for Oz was coming. So basically, instead of putting her on someone’s door step, she left her exposed to the cold air, wolves (yes, wolves do attack and devour babies, it’s a fact!) and other things.
Pan abandoned his child too, but at least he was left in the care of others; others he could trust. Rumple was left with the emotional scars of this abandonment (which has the same effect on the brain as physical abuse, I know), but Zelena could have died.

ParticipantThe door in the photo might not match the doors seen in that screenshot of inside the hat, but it’s definitely the same room.
There’s no doubt about that. It most closely resembles the one of the left here, but it’s still not quite a match…
I agree. It is closer to the one on the far left of this picture, but still not the same.

ParticipantThe door in the photo might not match the doors seen in that screenshot of inside the hat, but it’s definitely the same room. Look at the floor patterns and the walls. Chances are, there are more doors across from the doors we see in that screenshot.
I don’t think anyone is disputing that it is the same room. The dispute is about the door.
I agree that there are likely more doors in the hat.

ParticipantDid we see this door in season 1 or 2 inside the hat? Does anyone have an image? I am sure this has already been discussed but I can’t find the thread via the search function.
Looks like that one on the far right?
Thanks @Rumplesgirl.
It does look similar, but it doesn’t look the same. Some major differences are:
-The door on missing page has 6 panels, but the one in the hat has 2.
-The door on the missing page has an ornate frame, but the one in the hat has a plain one.
The door on the missing page does not seem to have a knocker (or something metal) in middle, whereas the one in the hat does.
I am not going to put it down to mistakes due to paintings from someone’s memory, because there rest of the pages seem to have accurate images.
I know I agreed that this is the door on the original thread about this, but I have changed my mind 😉

ParticipantWe didn’t have a door to our world in Season one because our world was a “Land without Magic” and the hat could only take you to magical worlds. Hence why Rumple couldn’t use the hat to come to find Bae. 2×05 The Doctor
Jefferson: (pulls a glass ball from his bag) I got what you wanted. Rumplestiltskin: What about the slippers? Jefferson: Oh. Couldn’t find ‘em. Heard talk they’d already been moved to another land. Rumplestiltskin: That’s what I needed to get to that other land. Jefferson: Well, come with me in my hat. I’m sure we can work something out. Rumplestiltskin: No, no. Your hat only transports between magical realms. I need to get to a land without magic. Jefferson: Why would anyone want that? Rumplestiltskin: My business.
True, but it would not be past Adam and Eddy to retcon this. They could say that sorcerer (or author) has the power to decide which lands are accessible via Jefferson’s hat and which are not, and has the the power to randomly produce portals to our world, just like the one the Snow Queen used, and the one that Elsa and Anna used. It follows that this door could just appear or disappear inside the hat whenever the sorcerer requires it, and this door could lead to our world. Meanwhile, Jefferson is not aware of that because whenever he was in the hat, the door just happened to be absent or simply hidden from him. Moreover, the sorcerer might like to move from world to world, magical and non-magical, and he could be currently in ours.
Due to retcons (and not all of them are sensible) no idea from we fans is too silly at this point.

ParticipantI think 4b will definitely average at around 2.0 overall.

ParticipantStrange how the author might exist in a seperate world/dimension.
Does anyone know what the door to our world looks like? Is it this one or a different one?

ParticipantI feel like she’ll be around until the end of the season
Pretty much, but we already knew that when it was announced her arc would be about 3 episodes long. That would mean at least 419-421, but they could be looking at 421-422 as a single episode in consideration to this, if it turns out to be produced as another 2 hour finale.
Yes.
Or.
Her own arc will be over in 3 episodes, but she will be part of other plot or character arcs later on.
Though I suspect you are right 😉
