OnyxParticipant
Am I the only one who thought for a second that it was fanmade? It just looks like something a fan would come up with. Also, I think Once likes to live up to its name. Let’s shoot promo pictures once and then use them over and over and over again.

OnyxParticipantAre they going to explain why Cora’s ghost was Rose McGowan yet Underworld Cora is Barbara Hearshey?
Or why Pan is Robbie even though he died as Stephen Lord. We all know it’s an actor thing, but it’d be nice to have an actual plausible explanation for these things for once.

December 8, 2015 at 1:06 pm in reply to: THR 12/7 – "Unfinished Business" in Underworld, Potential Rumbelle Baby #313929OnyxParticipantThey’re saying it’s not Hell, for two reasons. One, so they don’t have to define Hook’s past deeds (and others for that matter). If it’s clear that Hook’s soul went to Hell than that means he’s not a hero like they want him to be, but they know that all the bad he’s done can’t possibly land him in Heaven, so they just don’t make the distinction. Two, they wanted good characters back as well, like Henry Sr.

OnyxParticipantYeah, I’m feeling the 3A echoes hard here. One concern/hope I have: These dead villainous characters, a lot of them, were brilliant characters, played by amazing actors, and I just hope that they don’t have so many toys off the shelf that they waste them. I’m hoping they give themselves a few episodes to play with some of them, and don’t try to cram it -all- in 43 minutes. They deserve better than the Belle treatment (Emilie also deserves better, as did…well, a lot of people).
This. And please please, no redemption arcs for Cora and Pan, I liked their villainousness, jus as they were.

OnyxParticipantThe heroes just left SB, but where is the Camelot crew of Arthur and Guinevere? Aren’t we a little bit worried about Arthur trying to overtake the city or something?
What? Who? Camelot, no no no, we’re done with Camelot, now we’re in the UNDERWORLD. Keep up, RG, keep up! Camelot is SO last episode.

OnyxParticipantI haven’t read all the replies so someone probably already mentioned this, but making Rumple the DO again, just proves once more, they have no freaking idea what to do with Bobby’s character. On top of that, season 5A was the equivalent of walking around in a circle. We are right back where we started, without anything developing in any of the characters along the way.

OnyxParticipantI know it’s supposed to be romantic and all, but I think Emma is being very… what’s the word… disregarding everyone’s wishes and feelings. She let Neal die (to be a hero???/stay dead), she made that decision about Neal’s life. She convinced Rumple to take the potion. Yes you could argue that she told Rumple everything and that it was his decision to take the potion, however, she actively tried to persuade him to do that. In her mind Neal’s death was a great sacrifice that should be kept that way. And now she keeps deciding that she wants Hook to live. He asked her to let him go, but she didn’t. He makes this sacrifice and still she can’t respect that. It feels a little controlling to me. I know it’s the plot making her act this way. Neal had to stay dead because he wasn’t a popular enough character, Hook has to stay alive because he is a popular character, but yeah…

OnyxParticipantThis sacrifice might mean Emma killing him or he killing himself. This DO performance until now is just so Emma wouldn’t hesitate to kill Hook and save herself, or throw Emma off the scent that he is about to sacrifice himself.
You’re probably right. At first I thought Hook was just being his suicidal season 2 self again, but maybe challenging Rumple was a way to get somebody to kill him. I mean he’s a DO, he could’ve gotten out of that fight in any number of ways, yet he lay on the ground with Excalibur pointed at him. Not resisting much at all.

OnyxParticipantA few seasons ago, I might have wondered how the confrontation between Milah and Emma might go down, and how Emma would find out that she’s Neal’s mother. Now, I merely wonder how they are going to keep these two from meeting, so that Emma won’t have to find out Milah was Neal’s mother.

This little bit just says it all.
