Reading some of the spoilers, I’m all kinds of sad again.
Nice theory btw Artseediva. I actually think that could very well be. It would explain basically everything, including his shady behaviour and the fact that everyone still knows who they are (save for the EF year). If Zelena cast it, why would she make people forget only 1 year of their lives, why not everything so she can do her thing undisturbed.

Well I just really think that the cast said their farewells and thank yous after MRJ shot his last scene and that for them they’ve all properly said goodbye to one another and they don’t particularly feel the need to do it again on social media?? As for the “hope to see you soon” it’s jus a generic phrase one uses I suppose, or he hopes to actually see him again in the near future outside of the world of filming?
As you can probably tell, I’m not one for conspiracies, but can I be on the train anyway? š

I disagree the only reason Regina is in the fight is to find out about her sister. I also disagree that actions takes care of an apology, look at how many times Regina fish tails to the other side also Regina and Rumple both are older then Snow but not one of them have apologized. Hook has apologized and has taken action that is what redemption is all about. Kind of like the Bible says confess your sins and sin no more in my humble opinion
When has Hook actually ever sincerely apologized? Heās been pretty reluctant to do so. He has never apologized to Emma for leaving her, Snow, Mulan, and Aurora for dead in the Enchanted Forest in 2Ć9. He never actually apologized to Baelfire for letting the Lost Boys take him, even though Bae was just a boy at the time. He never aplogized to Regina for letting Greg Mendel torture her. He was reluctant to apologize to Belle for trying to kill her twice and only did so because Emma twisted his arm. Even when he did mutter the words, āIām sorry,ā he sounded insincere. Even though Hook has made strides to do the right thing at times, heās still lying to Emma, teaching Henry to cheat at gambling and to steal a ship, and killed someone in the past year. So, how exactly has Hook āconfessed his sinsā? If anything, heās allowed Emma to believe something that isnāt true. He didnāt correct her when Emma assumed Hook had reunited Eric and Ariel, when in fact, heād only killed a man, thereby making Arielās quest to seek out Eric all the more difficult.
The only apology I can think of that was actually sincere and true, was the one to Ariel. Which was the reason I was bummed it turned out to be Zelena, because all that sincerity went to waste and Ariel is none the wiser about his regrets.
As for that so called “apology” to Belle, I don’t even count that. In what world is “Sorry??” attached with aĀ question mark at the end of the word, a sincere and heartfelt expression of remorse?

Sadly I think what might happen is, because of the kiss curse, Hook starts keeping his distance from Emma, which makes her start to pursue him. Emma is already acting OOC, so why not make it worse!
I think youāre right. Heāll back off, sheāll notice and go after him wondering whatās wrong, heāll eventually confess and then sheāll kiss him. *sigh* Just give me my Rumbelle. I can tune out the CS stuff.

You know what else I’m really tired of? Plot devices. Even typing down the words makes me feel exhausted. I don’t know why I still care. I’m probably foolishly holding on to the hope that there is one character out there they will not screw up (for the sake of plot).

Something tells me they didn’t think the whole Zelena not having aged thing through. And I’m getting kinda tired of all the omniscient villains, it’s very unbelievable if you ask me.

Frankly, I’m surprised they’re even showing usĀ this little talk. Usually all the important character moments “happen” in between episodes, or so we are supposed to believe.

Iām really surprised that Reginaās lack of regret hasnāt come up again. In Neverland, she has ZERO regret because everything she did got her Henry.
I never believed this. Yes Regina is A&E’s character and they know her best and all, but honestly her saying she had no regrets, was convient at the timeĀ cause of that tree that was holding them. A result of them writing themselves into a corner yet again. Every single person in the world has regrets no matter how small, so technically that tree should’ve done its work and kept them trapped, but because they needed Regina to rip out Pan’s/ Henry’s heart, they needed to make her say that she regretted nothing.
They do this sort of thing all the time. Like with Pan and the curse. Technically, for him, the curse shouldn’t have worked, because Pan had no idea what love even is, platonic or otherwise. ‘Like’ was the best he was capable of, but again, they needed the curse to happen so they temporarily ignored this part of his character in service of the plot. Same goes for Regina, they temporarily ignored that she was on the redemption road, for plot.
I am glad that they finally take some darn time to have a sit down with Snow and Regina, so much has happened between them. I hope the full scene doesn’t disappoint.

The bandwagon is getting crowded I see, but yeah I’m on board. I said something of the sort in chat a few days ago, that because of the whole ‘we felt his/her arc was done’ thing I initially leaned towards Hook being a goner.Ā However, now, if Hook somehow does leave the show by the end of the season I will be VERY surprised. ABC just seems incredibly attached to Hook, their popular character who reels in the viewers. I don’t see them letting go of him any time soon.

I only had the minute amount of hope myself (which hasnāt changed actually), but the more I see stuff like this the more convinced I am that there is a bigger picture from BTS that we donāt know, and I find it maddening. While Iām not the Conductor of the Conspiracy Train, Iām like the bartender in first class or something (I donāt know any other train jobsā¦).
I think we can all agree on that. I just found it nice that he acknowledged his colleagues like this. Since he’s pretty much the only one acknowledging anything.
