ParticipantDon’t hate me…
Since we got the wedding spoiler, I’ve felt certain it’s for Rumple and Belle. Really what needs to happen is Belle break the Dark One Curse with TLK – it’s one of the last threads still dangling from season 1. I feel sure something like that will happen, and Rumple will have to pay a price for the magic he’s used over the centuries. Rumple will die once the DO curse is broken, and this will possibly allow Neal to come back.
I think a villain can have a happy ending, but i’m not sure how long it will be.

ParticipantI think it could have just as easily been Emma if Zelena hadn’t teleported Henry away. With Henry having the Heart of the Truest Believer, maybe all it took to break the curse was someone giving him a TLK.
Regina just got their first this time.

ParticipantSince the Jolly Roger is built of the same magic trees that made the wardrobe and Pinocchio, I’d say there is a good chance the JR could serve as the thing Hook loves most – heart or no heart.
This new curse seems to be tailored to Hook’s happy ending, so I can believe he cast it. It would explain how Hook knew Baelfire was going to die and why he chose to have the sentimental hug moment.
If Glinda is involved, then I’m thinking its more likely she’s the victim, not the curse caster. Maybe Zelena uses Glinda’s heart to cast the curse, and there’s this whole history between them that we don’t know yet.

ParticipantWhile I’m annoyed that this Hook-Emma romance is being shoved down my throat, one scene from last night’s episode actually comforted me.
When Hook was teaching Henry how to cheat, that’s when I knew there’s no future for CS.
There’s a much bigger picture happening here, and I think we’re just going to have to wait to see how they conclude all this.
It’s more about Henry than Emma, and Henry deserves better.

ParticipantIt’s weird that the article confirmed “Regina’s heart” before an actual episode showed us. We knew about Charming’s courage and Rumple’s brain, but not Regina’s heart.
Maybe it was supposed to be obvious to us, but I figured the heart would come from Henry, since he’s the truest believer and all.
PanTheMan
ParticipantThis is exciting!
PanTheMan
ParticipantI think Hook new Neal/Baelfire was going to die, which was why Hook felt so pressured to hug him and say all that.
PanTheMan
ParticipantProbably the Jabberwocky either had the power to do something there on the spot, or while everyone else was doing their part of the plan, Jabberwocky took the staff to the well of wonders.
PanTheMan
ParticipantShe sounds like a Desperate Soul to me.
If there is no connection between the Jabberwocky’s blade and the Dark One’s blade, I will be a little disappointed. The Blue Fairy did say that the Dark One’s curse was from another land (as in not the Enchanted Forest).
I really hope there is a connection there.

ParticipantI was a big supporter of Wicked Sister, but after seeing how it came out on the show, I think Zelena is lying about being half sisters with Regina. Why would she lie? I think she lied because she’s the actual daughter of Cora and Henry. My theory definitely gets a little crack, but here it is… Regina and Zelena were switched at birth (or sometime during infancy). Mostly likely by Rumple, who knew which child he would need to cast the dark curse. This was all part of making the curse happen exactly the way Rumple needed.
My evidence:
1. Zalena stole Regina’s blood in New York City Serenade. That’s how she broke the blood lock to the crypt. She played the sisters card because she wanted Regina to believe it. But we all know she stole Regina’s blood. If Zelena knows the truth about about Regina’s true heritage, then she wouldn’t want that to push Regina further to the good side. She’d want Regina to feel tainted by their relationship, so she claimed they were sisters.
2. In “The Miller’s Daughter” we see that Cora’s baby has red hair, like Zelena. Hair does change on the show for characters between childhood and adulthood (August), but I’m going to use it as evidence for this theory. The baby we saw in The Miller’s Daughter was actually Zelena, who was the original Regina. Sadly, she wasn’t the right witch to cast the dark curse, and Rumple knew it.
3. When Cora broke her contract with Rumple, saying no child of hers would ever be his, I think Rumple took it to heart. He found another baby (the Regina we know) and switched it with the real Regina (who is now Zelena). It’s possible Rumple even did this with Cora’s knowledge. He could’ve told Cora about each baby’s future, which was why Cora gave up her original daughter and took in the one that would be become more powerful, a daughter she could be proud of. It’s not like she had a heart to love either child. Considering how Cora constantly let Regina know she was a disappointment, giving up a less worthy daughter (zelena) is totally in Cora’s character. However, it’s possible Cora had no idea, and Rumple did it behind her back, which is totally within his character and kinda classic/creepy Rumple.
4. Green with Envy. It’s about the life Zelena realizes should’ve been hers from birth.
5. We know Snow’s parents are coming back for an episode this season. What if it’s because they are somehow Regina’s parents. This would’ve been before Snow was born. Leopold and Eva had a baby – Rose Red, who is really the Regina we all know. Maybe the baby got sick. Maybe Rumple had a deal with Leo and Eva. Maybe Rumple tricked them. Whatever happened, Rumple wound up with RoseRed/Regina, and Leo and Eva would eventually decide to have another child – Snow. When we meet Leo and Eva as Snow’s parents, they are definitely old enough to have had another baby. Royalty usually tried for children immediately because, really, what else to they have to do aside from having little princes and princesses. If they somehow lost Rose Red, it would make sense that they would mourn and wait a while before having another child.
Regardless of whether or not Leo and Eva had another child before Snow White, you have to admit that its odd how long they waited to have Snow White. Eva and Leo were already together in the Miller’s Daughter, but they didn’t have a child (at least that we know of). I’d say it’s likely they had a child before Snow because, during the events of the Miller’s daughter, Cora married and had a child. Regardless of who that child was (Regina or Zelena), it would still be almost 10 years (whatever the age difference is between Snow and Regina) before Eva and Leo would have Snow. Why would they wait so long to have a child? Cora and Henry didn’t wait. If this theory is somehow correct, Eva and Leo didn’t wait to have children. They lost their firstborn, Rose Red (Regina), mourned their loss for a long time, and then eventually had another child – Snow! Meanwhile, Rose Red was taken by Rumple and became Regina. Rumple and/or Cora then took Zelena to Oz.
Someone said in another thread that Rumple wanted Regina because she started as an innocent. I like there’s a lot of truth to this. Rumple needed Regina, and only Regina could do it. Zelena was wicked from the get go – wicked like Cora, who insisted that she wasn’t wicked at all. Honestly, I see stronger similarities between Zelena and Cora than Regina and Cora.
6. Regina is being more and more associated with the color red, especially in new promos and pics. Regina’s red opposite the WW’s green. Really the whole apple red as blood thing goes hand-in-hand with the Evil Queen, but could there be more to it? I have to wonder.
7. The writers have said that as much as Snow and Regina hate each other, they could’ve killed each other so many times but haven’t, so deep down they must have love for each other. Possibly because they are sisters and don’t know it. Their features are eerily similar. I realize this tangles the family tree even more, but at least we’d be playing with branches that already existed, no matter how twisted they are. Plus I like the idea of Regina possibly being adopted (in a way) because she adopted Henry. It really speaks to her character that something like blood doesn’t influence the way she loves or chooses her family.
My biggest problem with this theory – Cora and Regina look a lot alike. The casting for them was perfect. Lana and Barbara are amazing together, so I would almost be sad to lose that kinship if any of this was true. However, if Regina is Rose Red and actually Snow’s sister, I think knowing it could really help Regina understand herself more, giving her a better chance at her happy ending.
Also, we all like to think of Red/Ruby as Snow’s sister-in-friendship, but Ruby left the show because the writers wanted to take the story in a different direction. What if that new direction was Regina as Rose Red?
I guess I took off with this theory because I’m no longer completely sold on Wicked Sisters (and I’m bored at work). The ONE TIME in the show they give us a direct answer about a theory, and I have to doubt it. Sorry for all the crack. I’m sure this theory is full of holes, but this is what makes the show fun, right?
