My headcanon for the doll.
Baelfire made the doll in Neverland. Since Wendy left Neverland that leaves room in the story for Baelfire to be the Lost boys’ officeal storyteller. Who better since Bae comes from FTL, where all the great stories took place.
He learned how to make the doll from the Indians. The doll represents an exaggerated hero version of his father, Rumple, who comes up frequently in his stories. Baelfire lies in his storytelling to give the stories HAPPY ENDINGS, even though he experienced more tragic realities.
The doll represents the father and man Baelfire deserved, which is why it breaks Rumples heart to see it.
The new kid (Devin) isn’t until 305 though. I think this comrade is really PP in disguise.
Totally! this sounds like Lost Boy games. Pan told everyone to chase Henry, giving him the chance to bond one on one with his main target, Henry.
Also, if Henry is running from Lost Boys in the first episode, I’m picturing As soon as GOAT and Henry arrive in Neverland, GOAT is assassinated by the lost boys. No grown ups allowed!
I was rewatching season 2 again, and in ASOTM Emma states that the power of the failsafe “feels like the oxygen is being sucked out of the air”. Regina says “Not the oxygen. The magic.” Maybe it’s been said before, but it has just struck me that the statement Emma made is very telling. Not only does she CONSCIOUSLY feel that magic is being sucked from the air, but also that it’s like being suffocated. The opposite of suffocation is, obviously, breathing. So, my question is, can we infer from that statement that Emma is UNCONCIOUSLY using magic all the time? Breathing is unconscious after all.
This is so vital to many of my theories, and I’ve talked about this before. SOULS!
The soul has so many names throughout history, one being THE BREATH OF LIFE (I could list a dozen others, but this is the one i want to focus on). When Emma talks about the oxygen being sucked out of the air, it’s because magic comes from the SOUL. Emma’s soul is a bit special/purer (maybe) than most being the product of true love, which is what makes her so powerful.
The SOUL is magic.

Maybe since Alice freed Cyrus, she also has the power to wish him back to being a slave of the lamp. When I see Alice fight, it makes me wonder if she wished to be a blackbelt or something with her first wish. She could have used her second to free Cyrus and still technically has a third if she ever wanted it.
But seriously, Alice kicks booty!
I’m anticipating some new modes of travel between the worlds. I’m still holding out on Dr. Whale inventing a machine that uses science to travel between the worlds, possibly sending him to Oz eventually to become the Wizard of Oz.
I could definitely be wrong, but I’m eager to see the devices they come up with to travel between the worlds.
Maybe they’ll pull a pirates of the Caribbean, and enter Davy Jones’s Locker (accessed from neverland), which is a between-world that allows people to travel to other worlds.
Maybe Davy Jones’ locker is how Hook escaped Neverland the first time. This could also touch on his last name being Jones.
Regina’s hair is beautiful, and usually the more simple it is ( i don’t mean simple as bad), the younger she is. that’s definitely a flashback to young Regina.
