ParticipantDonal Logue FTW! š (I dunno if any of you are watching Gotham but he’s so great in it, gets some of the best lines.) I love me some bromance, and it seems like the bromance is strong on the Finest Hours set. Also, Mickey’s smile is ONE OF THE GREATEST THINGS IN LIFE!!!! š
I was reading this JMo article a minute ago and this part jumped out at me, though I’ll bet it’s not gonna end up referring to her loss of Neal, so I dare not let myself dream…
Driving a wedge between Emma and her family is precisely what the Snow Queen wants, as the icy villain points out what the Savior has missed out on. āThe Snow Queen does push her buttons about baby Neal, but itās not in a way where sheās jealous or that she feels slighted by her parents in any way,ā Morrison explains. āI felt it more come from a place of sadness and pain that she missed out on that with Henry, and that her parents missed out on that with her, and that was something they were never going to be able to reclaim. It feels tragic. The things that rile her up the most seem to come from a sadness of the things that have been lost and sacrificed, and the pain that sheās not dealing with in those sacrifices and those losses.ā

ParticipantItās a terrible feeling to know that the person you truly love the most in your life in that moment is in the most danger around you. It makes her just want to get rid of her powers entirely. Sheād rather not have any powers than have the possibility of hurting Henry or anyone else she cares about.ā
So she’ll go to Rumple all, “Is there a way to get rid of my powers?” And he’ll be all, “Funny you should mention that.” And that’s why he didn’t suck Ingrid into the hat already, he needed her to push Emma so she’d end up in this mindset where she’s actually asking him to take away her powers.
*slapping Rumple upside the head*

ParticipantEspecially by Rebecca. Sheās kind of a word I canāt say here, but sheās really smart. And I think she has some sort of game going
She’s so clued in to everything and everyone around her. It was pretty brilliant how she played Laurel and Michaela. It does make you wonder what’s really going on inside her head if she’s constantly observing and filing away all the little bits of info she picks up. Does she just gather things up in case they’ll come in handy, or is she actively searching for specific info to help a premeditated plan she has?

ParticipantAnyone notice how much blood was on Rebeccaās bra which doesnāt make sense because sheās wearing a shirt makes meĀ think that maybe Sam was tring to push himself on her. I mean it wouldnāt be the first time. It also leads me to believeĀ Ā maybe Wes did it. Wes walked in on Sam trying to have his way and killed him.
I’m thinking along kinda similar lines, but substitute Wes for Nate.
It seemed that Nate and Rebecca were about to team up to bring Sam down, both of them believing that he killed Lila, (I totally think Bonnie killed Lila). So maybe they had a plan where Rebecca would go see Sam to try and get him to confess, and Nate would be outside but listening in because Rebecca had a wire to record what Sam said. Sam got aggressive, possibly in a sexual way, or maybe he figured out she was wearing a wire which is why he was all up in her clothes, maybe he ended up holding her close so he could whisper something particular menacing to her, then Nate came in and whacked him from behind, sending blood splattering forward onto her.
Now, if that were the case, I doubt the rest of them know that Nate’s involved. Rebecca probably offered to take the fall because she’s already on trial for murder anyway, (and seems to have a morbid fascination with getting into trouble), and Nate can’t afford to end up in jail, (he’d be doing all of this to try and bust a huge case and get his job back).
After Nate left, she called Wes, and she told him she did it and he believes her and is now trying to take care of everything so there’s no way for a court to prove she did it. Wes is doing it for emotional reasons, but the rest of them are helping just because Rebecca is their client and they’re still trying to get her acquitted of another murder, which will be impossible if she’s implicated in a second one.
If it IS Nate, then I’ll have to laugh, because in the very first ep Annalise said, “I bet the boyfriend did it,” to Sam as they’re watching the news report about Lila. We all automatically jumped on the, “OMG Sam was so screwing the dead girl” train after that line, but it could have been working double duty, telegraphing the fact that Annalise’s boyfriend killed Sam.
As for Lila’s murder, I think Bonnie found out about the pregnancy somehow and that was the final straw that made her kill Lila. Bonnie definitely knows what’s up with Annalise and Sam’s marriage and how it’s not all rosy. It probably frustrates her because she loves Annalise and hates seeing such a strong woman so subversive and needy where Sam’s concerned, and she knows she’ll never leave him. She’s also probably been around long enough to know about the multiple miscarriages, so if she found out that some young whore got knocked up and was gonna give Sam the child that Annalise couldn’t, Bonnie would know that that would destroy her if it happened, so Lila had to be removed ASAP.
Laurel makes me so mad-her boyfriend at Legal Aid is so sweet sheās playing him for who? Super Creep Frank?
For real! Her boyfriend is the best in pretty much every way and doesn’t deserve to be treated like that. If she’s just gonna toss him away, can she at least give me his number?
What would your 1 word description be?
You’ve seen how long my responses can get in this thread and you expect me to sum up an ep in one word? LOL Does O________O count as a “word”? Because that’s what I looked like from the moment it started. Someone on the AfterBuzz podcast said their word for it would be “messy”, and I kinda like that because it works both literally and figuratively.

ParticipantAwww, bless Sheldon. Only he can turn a possible brain parasite into something utterly romantic. LOL <3

ParticipantLila was pregnant!!! Annalise had multiple miscarriages and Lila was pregnant with Sam’s child!!! Holy crap!
Thatās a lot of blood on Rebeccaā¦.
For real! So she must have been there, and close to him, when he was killed. But I dunno that I buy that she killed him. I mean, they’re still promoting the next ep like we don’t know who the killer is yet, and surely they wouldn’t just have the reveal be Rebecca blurting out that confession. She’s a pro liar. There’s no way she killed him.
Also, we now know that she knows Nate, who seemed happy to share any and all info with her. Hmmmm.
Asher cradling the Trophy. Heās a tool.
He was so beyond obnoxious in this ep.
Yeah, saw that coming; however flashing between THIS and a dead bodyā¦.not exactly hot
It was all arty and junk, and I can’t help but wonder if they did it for a reason and there’s some clue we should pick up on. But yeah, not hot.
Things that ARE hot though…Oliver’s rebound guy, go Oliver! š
Poor Connor though, he’s got it bad for the first time ever and has no idea how to deal.
Wes going through his list of things is soā¦.cold. Unfeeling. Like disconnected
It was a bit unsettling how casual he was about it all. Though when he said how his mother committed suicide, I wondered if that’s why he was so attracted to helping the sad, lost soul that is Rebecca in the first place, because he’s trying to make up for how he couldn’t help his mother.

ParticipantThe point isā¦Robin Hood has changed! He mourned, and moved onā¦it happens folks! He fell in love with Regina, all his heart belongs to Regina and Roland basically nowā¦well, Marian may have a small percentage of his heart ONLY due to the fact sheās the mother of his child.
It’s all well and good if he mourned Marian and moved on, that happens. But if he cares so much about his son getting his mother back, why isn’t he making more of an effort to try and save her now? He can see that it PAINS Regina to be around him…so he’s gonna go visit her in a private place she retreats to and keep saying, “But I HEART YOU.” The way he’s carrying on is making this whole thing so much harder for Regina, and he seems clueless about that. Like, dude, step off, give the woman you care about some space because it hurts her to even see you right now, and at least attempt to find enough love for your wife to be able to save her life if only for the sake of your son.
All OutlawQueen did was Regina killed Marian, who FYI couldāve gotten out of it had she snitched on Snow White,
ALL Regina did was kill Robin’s wife. That’s ALL, so no biggie? And implying that Marian deserved to die for trying to protect a good person like Snow is outrageous victim blaming.
Phee
ParticipantI will say I continue to be impressed by the recent decisions Regina is making.
Indeed, but couldn’t they find a way to build her character up without destroying Robin in the process? There was a time he risked his life to save Marian, he freaking stole from the freaking Dark One. But now he’s pouting and whining and coming across as weak and he’s not willing to do a hard thing to try and save her life. If this is the writing that results when you dump pixie dust on the page then it’s pretty nasty stuff.
This sounds very selfless to me. Very..noble? She is sacrificing her own happiness for someone elseās. Itād be a very heroic thing to do. But then again, I wonderā¦. Would that be fair to Robin? Itās almost as if she is taking away his thoughts on the matter, forcing him to chose his wife by taking herself out of the equation. Something to think about.
She’d essentially be stripping Robin of his agency, and that’s not preferable. But if he doesn’t leave her the frick alone soon this is one instance when I couldn’t really blame her if she snapped and zapped his memories if only to shut him up. š
But yes, in a way I think I could actually accept her doing it in the sense that it would be a massively selfless act. Finding someone to love her like that is a thing she’s waited a long time for and she didn’t believe it’d ever happen, so willfully giving it up is no small thing. If the truth came out after Marian is saved, the fact that Regina sacrificed her shot at love in order to save Marian’s life could be a big enough deal for Marian to forgive her for having ordered her killed previously. It could even potentially pave the way for an amicable separation between her and Robin, which could pave the way for him and Regina getting back together.
I just don’t like what they’re doing to his character in the process, because the way he’s carrying on, Regina should be with someone stronger than that.
Phee
ParticipantI do think there’s a scenario where MRJ would happily come back – if when Neal was killed it was explained to him that they were doing a bold story where SF would overcome the impossible, (because Emma’s parents overcame a sleeping curse to end up together and they want Emma’s own TL to trump that somehow), which would require Neal to be dead for a season or two before coming back. If something like that’s been pre-arranged and pre-discussed, he’d have no problem going back.
But, there I go again with the IFs.
Phee
ParticipantSomeone give him Archie’s number, because Regina doesn’t need to be on the receiving end of his angst when she’s suffering herself trying to do the right thing, he should go get advice on how to deal with it elsewhere.
