Participant“OK, so we need to make AdultHenry into Prince Charming 2.0, because then he’ll be just like his grandpa and folks will love that. #awwww.”
“But…we’ve run out of Princesses to pair a Prince Charming up with…”
“Maybe we can make a new, original Princess, we’ve made other orig-”
“I KNOW we just make a different Cinderella from an alternate Enchanted Forest! It’ll be like the multiverse in the DCTV shows, people love that stuff, so let’s do that, problem solved!”
Me: “This is not how you multiverse! Different versions of the same character from a parallel world, if they have the same name, will still have the same face too!” *headdesk*

ParticipantJust outta curiosity–and because I haven’t heard anything–has anyone heard if JMo is on set? Or around? We all thought her for-sure 1 episode would be the premiere but I haven’t seen her yet. Granted, they film out of order and often go back and film things for earlier episodes when an actor is suddenly available.
Assuming that Emma’s been turned to stone in her Bug, (which I’m pretty sure of, especially if they’re gonna have Henry unknowingly drive past that statue) I’d guess that JMo won’t be in an ep until they get to the part where Emma gets de-stoned, (so probably the finale)?

ParticipantThis is still the same show that forgot Cinderella had a girl and not a boy.
When did they say she had a boy?
It was that ep where Cinderella was running the day care playgroup thing with all the little kids, and she was clearly holding a male child instead of a female. Adam even apologised on Twitter for the production mistake where they messed up the gender of the child.
As for an aged up Robyn, I wouldn’t put it past them to create some nonsense explanation for her age if that’s who the actress is playing. Zelena had a sped up pregnancy, so let’s say Robyn was given to rapid growth spurts. Or she was practicing magic one day and accidentally aged herself with a spell.
I’d rather it not be her, just because personally I’d be totally fine if the show was purged of everything Zelena related this season, and it squicks me out how she named the baby after the man she raped in order to conceive said baby, so I’d rather not have Robyn around as a constant reminder of that whole hot super wrong mess. But I wouldn’t put it past them to include an aged up version of her.

ParticipantSupposedly, Robert Carlyle and Adam Horowitz had a falling out.
It was with Eddy. Bobby mentioned it at the convention, how he’d had all sorts of issues with the thing between Rumple and EQ. There’s a quote out there somewhere where he basically said that he had some strong opinions on it, and no one was interested in listening to his point of view, and he and Eddy had a major falling out over it.

ParticipantI think it doesn’t quite sound like a town name, rather an overly-comfortable suburban neighbourhood bounded by Ordinary Street and Normal Boulevard. Horrible place to trap someone from a special background, where he can’t live up to his full potential.
Henry grew up to become a Stepford Wife.
Completely irrelevant to OUAT, but whenever I hear “Hyperion” it reminds me of seaQuest, (5 frillion cool points to anyone who knows what I’m talking about).

ParticipantI wouldn’t put a whole lot of stock in anything she says in the audition vid. You hear all the time (when actors are asked at conventions) how when an actor auditioned for a particular part they had no idea who the character actually was, they weren’t even given the character’s real name, they weren’t reading a scene that was actually relevant to who they’d be in the show, and it wasn’t until after they booked the gig that they found out the actual details of who their character is and what they’d be doing.

ParticipantAnd no Harley…..interesting.
Most speculation I’ve seen is that the girl who Bruce svaes at the end in the alley with her parents is a young Harley.
Overall I really enjoyed the season as a whole, though a few things in the last few eps got a bit “meh”. Like I get how they needed to show Bruce going through the process with the Shaman, otherwise it would have made no sense for how he came back SO brainwashed that he’d even kill Alfred (OMG!), but those scenes with the Shaman did end up dragging. And for whatever reason, even though I really enjoy the camp in this show and over the top villains, the Executioner thing was a bit cringe inducing for me. And I can really do without Lee, so I hope she’s gone for good. She was dull most of the time, and did get more interesting when she got Tetched, but it kinda bugged me how apparently the show doesn’t know how to write a female character as interesting unless she has a dark side.
The finale felt a bit all over the place at times, I get that Gotham = chaos, but it all seemed a bit hastily cobbled together. Then there were bits where they kept repeating a similar theme, of 2 characters having a seemingly final face to face showdown, and I get what they were doing with each scene, but the repitition got a tad tiresome.
Also I’m definitely biased, but dang those League of Assassins members looked like bumbling fools compared to the discipline of the LoA in Arrow. Gotham’s R’as must not be that tough of a task master if his minions stumble around that much.
Alfred was the MVP of the finale. In the midst of all the stuff that didn’t really hit home for me, Alfred made me want to cry multiple times.
Ed (sorry, Riddler) and Oswald were the MVPs of the season as a whole. How that relationship has been developed into their little feud to the death (but as if either of them could actually kill the other) is really engaging, and CMS and RLT are both FLAWLESS in their performances and have me enthralled whenever either of them in on screen.

ParticipantI dont know how this con works, if they even do panels or not,
I’d say that everyone will do a panel at some point. Some (like Lana probably) will have a solo panel, and others will do combined panels. Like, if they were already planning a panel with Bobby and Emilie, for example, I could see them just adding MRJ to that one. There will also probably be a couple times when all the guests are on stage together for a little bit, like the opening of the con. There will probably also be a VIP dinner thing, where all the fans are around tables and there’s a spare chair and the celebs come and sit at each table for a chat. (Assuming this will be set up like the DCTV con I was following, and I don’t see why they’d do the OUAT one any differently.)

ParticipantO_O MRJ is doing a con? Well blow me down. I never thought that would happen, but I’m glad! It sounds like MRJ is exorcising a lot of demons, epspecially since Bullies Keep Out is cheering him on. He is probably doing this for his real fans, not the money, especially since all is said and done. He is a spokesperson for Bullies Keep Out, and he’s setting a good example of not letting cyber bullies call the shots. He can hopefully now show his head above water again without getting senseless hate from a certain group of people (key word being hopefully).
This! It seems a good time right now for him to break the ice with doing cons IMO. The wedding happened, the book is closed on the first major chapter of the show that he was involved with, so I could see him thinking that maybe certain parts of the fandom would be more chill now than they may have previously been.
I often wonder about actors doing cons, and if they’re ever worried about what questions might get asked of them in panels, and if they’ll get put on the spot by being asked something awkward. Especially if they’ve experienced the NASTY side of fandom online. For example, there was a con in London a couple weeks back that Melissa Benoist and Chris Wood from Supergirl were supposed to be attending. Their characters are a couple on the show, and they’re also dating IRL. A certain faction of the fandom, who ship an opposing ship, tear his character to shreds CONSTANTLY online, and send him all sorts of abuse personally too. (Sound familiar, hmmmm?) At an advanced screening of the Supergirl season finale, people in the crowd (at a charity event no less) ACTUALLY BOOOOED scenes that his character was in. Anyway, at the very last minute, it was announced that both Chris and Melissa were no longer going to the con in London. Melissa’s shooting something right now, which was given as a reason for why she canceled, but as far as I know there was no reason given for Chris canceling too. But honestly, I don’t blame him, because he knows how some people react towards him, and his character, and he probably didn’t wanna travel half way around the world to risk getting boooed at or having abuse hurled at him during his con panel. He’d probably have still gone if Melissa could go too, because with her there the chances of anyone lashing out at him would probably decrease, but I can’t blame him if he didn’t wanna face the fandom on his own right now. Which really sucks for everyone who was looking forward to seeing him, but like I said, can’t blame the guy.
So bringing it back to MRJ doing a con, it would not surprise me in the least if the potential of backlash is why he hasn’t done one before now. But with the state the show is at right now, it’d be reasonable for him to think that the fandom would be less volatile now and as such, a con would actually be an enjoyable and stress free environment for him to be in. And Bobby’s also not a big con person, so with him there, they can both hang out and get through the crazy weekend together.
This same company did a con last weekend for the DCTV shows, and from what I saw on Twitter, (because I was following the hashtag and wanting to cry over not being there because the guests were a bunch of my faves), everyone had such a fun time, and it was a relaxed, cool, party time kinda con. So I’m sure MRJ will end up having a great time, and I can’t wait to see all the pics!

ParticipantInstead she never says anything that she dislikes about things that happened on the show and that is why it feels dishonest. I think she goes too far towards the party line and i don’t think she needs to do that. I, personally, think that hurts her with the fans.
All the CS shippers who currently love her (and really it’s only the CSers who have actually enjoyed her work in the last couple of years) would revolt and ditch her and never watch anything she did again if she dared to diss the CS storyline in any way. On the flipside, the rest of us would gain back respect for her.
