ParticipantDidn’t Sean say something about him having a dark past in an interview recently? Or am I imagining things?
*googles*“It’s just difficult because he knows [Regina] is a dark person. He knows about her past but he also says ‘I have a dark past too,'” actor Sean Maguire tells Zap2it at the “Once Upon a Time” season premiere party.
Who knows if he was basing that comment on something more he’s learned about Robin since they shot the premiere, or if he just randomly chose it as a general term. I would hope though that if they’re trying to have him identify with Regina’s past, that he’s got something legit dark in his own past.

“It’s your papa again, son.Do you remember those flowers you used to pick, the ones by the stream? Every week, you came in with a bundle of those flowers for me, clenched in your dirty little fist. I always put them by the window so that I could see them while I was working at the wheel, and you always brought fresh ones when they began to wilt.
I found some of them at the house Belle and I moved into this week. There’s a great thatch of them just outside the kitchen window.
I miss you, Bae. I love you.”

ParticipantAHHHHHH
How To Get Away With Murder is my new drug of choice.
I just watched ep 2, and holy crap it’s good. I wanna try and figure out the mystery, but I’m sure I’ll be wrong, because every time I think I know a thing, another thing happens. O________O

ParticipantWouldn’t the difference be explained as staying for a brief period as an individual vs transporting an entire country to a different plane of existence?
No, because the only reason Rumple transported an entire world (and then waited an extra 28 years once they got here) was because there was no way for him to just easily come alone to the world he needed to get to in order to find Bae. Except apparently there was if the Snow Queen can just stroll through a magical door and be here.

ParticipantShe shouldn’t be freaking out over a generator when they have people in town who who are electricians, ect. As a queen/princess she should know how to use the resources available to her, ie: her people.
Forget being someone who ruled folks, shouldn’t it just be common sense that if you’re gonna go inspect the busted power generator, you call the local electrician to come with? If only there had been a Dwarf named Sparky.

ParticipantI’m glad they’ve given Ginny more to work with this episode. That being said, if Snow’s so exhausted, why is she even doing this job? Maternity leave is a thing, but instead she’s starting a whole new, stressful job? What is logic? That being said, the bit about them having survived without lightbulbs all their lives so just get a freaking flashlight, made me LOL.

ParticipantI’m calling it: she was Emma’s foster mom. Or at least somehow connected in an Emma flashback.
Dunno about foster mother, she wouldn’t be dressed like that if she was actually assimilated into society. She looks like she’s just popped over for a quick visit to me. She is most likely looking for Emma though because why else would someone magical be in our world in the 80s.
The issue I’m having is that I guess you can just walk through a door to get to our world from another one, and that kinda stuff bugs me because Dark Curse that took centuries of planning, but nope, you can also just walk through a door. It just takes the potency out of a thing that was the basis for the whole show.

ParticipantHad Emma not saved Marian….everybody, by Core Cast means, would be happy! There would be no worries!
Except that Robin would be ignorantly engaging in a relationship with the person who killed his wife, and that’s definitely not “no worries” IMO. If they want me to be OK with OQ, Robin and Marian need to have an amicable split, and she needs to live, and Regina has to regret what she did in the original timeline and realise that she can’t just demand a work around or do even more nefarious stuff in order to get her what she wants, (like trying to rewrite the book to fix her life). Even then it’ll still feel wrong to me because Regina did originally kill Robin’s wife and the mother of his child, so I can’t see how he could be with her, but if they’re gonna insist on having pixie dust predictions being infallible, at least circumstances are such now that the full truth of the past can be known and dealt with, instead of Robin being blinded to the past actions of the woman he’s gonna be with.
