ParticipantI have mixed emotions about the possibility of Baby Snowflake kissing Emma back to normal if her heart were to be frozen. It would be like saying for sure that Neal was Emma’s true love but “oh no! We killed him! Here. Have a substitute.”
Yeah I’d both love and hate it. It’d be nice that they were still trying to hammer home the significance of Neal to Emma, but it’d also feel like salt in the wound. So I’d just end up crying all the ugly tears. There was one interview where they alluded to Emma maybe having some issues watching her parents with the baby. If so, it’d be perfect setup for an “unfreezing” sibling moment. But, ya know, perfect setup doesn’t always pay off on this show.

ParticipantI read that in 3×21-3×22, A&E wanted to bring back the huntsman for a guest appearance. He would’ve appeared in the past as one of Regina’s guards. Emma would’ve seen him and had a longing glance from afar as she remembered Graham, yet wouldn’t have approached him. At this point, since we can’t have Neal back, I would’ve been more than happy to have seen Emma bring Graham, rather than Marian, back with her to the future. If only the actor who played Graham could be brought back on a full-time basis. I was a fan of Emma and Graham, long before I ever imagined Emma and Baelfire had a love connection. Their relationship had all sorts of potential.
And just think, Graham could be there pissed at Regina for having killed him, instead of Marian being pissed at Regina for having killed her. And Robin could still be caught in the middle, it’s just that the other side of the argument, instead of being from his wife, is from the (albeit former, though he’d probably get the job back if he were alive again) Sheriff. Robin Hood vs a Sheriff is classic story telling right there! Emma would still be caught in the middle of the situation too. It’d essentially be what they’re actually doing, but better. (It’s so frustrating when the AU is better than canon.)
Also, I daresay I’d have been OK with Gremma happening even if Neal were still alive. Graham was a good guy, he saved both of Emma’s parents in the past, without any reward (on the contrary), just because it was the right thing to do. He and Emma both had issues with feeling, and they have a magical kiss to build on. As long as Neal and Emma were still BFFs, I coulda been good with Gremma (even if my ideal would still have been SF together) because Graham was a standup guy, and I reckon Neal woulda liked him too.
But if Emma’s heart gets frozen and….well, I think you all know where I’m going with that. I don’t know how I’m going to feel about that….I really don’t.
If they wanna stay true to the theme of the movie, it should be Emma’s sibling that saves her from the frozen heart situation. Which would make me sob for many and varied reasons.

ParticipantText, that’s totally understandable. *HUGS* I took several weeks off from everything OUAT myself recently. If I ever did sneak a peek at anything during that time, I swear I instantly felt my blood pressure rise. Stupid show.
Slurpeez, WORD to all the stuff you said about Frozen.
I too have always felt like “who wrote the book” would be a final season thing, so I was a bit surprised to see it’s being addressed already. Considering we’re also getting the hat from Fantasia in this ep, I’d say it’s setting up for their take on Yen Sid to have written the book.

ParticipantMethinks that line was A&E commenting on the backlash they got for the baby name. And really, this new line….NOT HELPING the situation.

ParticipantLet me guess, Anna and Elsa’s mother would be Mitchell’s other sister? Guess to explain if Elsa’s snow powers are genetic.
Yup, I reckon Snow Queen is their Aunt, their mother was the youngest sister who went off and married into Arendelle royalty. The sea journey they died on, they were going to find her sister for help with Elsa who had inherited the family magic. Older blonde sister with magic and younger brunette sister who suffered because of it, history repeating and whatnot, (I thought that before we got the “three sisters” information, so now just adding on that the oldest sister dies so MitchellInTheMiddle became Snow Queen, the whole sister-inheriting-the-kingdom thing is in keeping with the movie).

ParticipantI’d say she’s playing that “middle sister” we heard about.
And I figure Mitchell’s character is the “middle sister” who we’ll see as a child, then also in her 30s, at which point the older sister’s dead so the middle one becomes Queen and yadda, yadda, yadda, suffering, angst, kingdom of isolation, evil Snow Queen is made, and there’s your lesson of what might have become of Elsa if Anna had died.

ParticipantSo there’s a few more GA folks who believe he’ll be back.
It must be nice to be GA and not be all jaded and bitter and cynical. *sigh*

ParticipantEntering the fourth season, what is your major goal for this year?
Adam Horowitz: I think our goal is to continue to try to get better and improve and to raise the bar on the showBUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA xD oh wait, he’s serious T.T
Well at least he’s admitting that the bar is currently low and improvement is needed. 😛
