Participantoh wait. this is reality.

Life in general is much less stressful if you pay no heed to anything that comes out of the mouths of K&H. They’re making crap up on the fly, there’s no integrity left in anything they say, so just try to pay as little attention to them as possible. Like, I could throw the computer out the window screaming, “AND WHAT FLASHBACKS EXACTLY BECAUSE HE HAS NO HISTORY LEFT TO SHOW WITH ANY LIVING CHARACTERS, HOW STUPID DO YOU THINK WE ARE, STOP BEING SO EFFING PATRONISING.” But then I’d have too much broken computer mess to clean up, so instead I shall give the screen the finger, SMH and be DONE with him.
As for Colin saying Hook would have given it all up for Bae, I take that as the actor’s perspective on what he’d hoped because it adds more emotional complexity to his character. Alas for Colin, the writers aren’t as interested with deep, believable, compelling emotional layers as the actors (and fans) are. Oh how wonderful it could have been if they’d actually hashed out the turmoil between Hook and Neal and had them come around to being friends with forgiveness and new understanding, instead of sweeping it all under the rug. If I were an actor, I imagine I’d prefer the turmoil route because it’d be far more interesting to do, so I can’t fault Colin for wishing for more complexity to his character, as opposed to, ya know, Hook still being juvenile and heartless enough all these years later to pursue coming between an adult Bae and another woman he loved, the mother of his child no less.

ParticipantI think Neal is tragically gone, and I think that kills off part of the heart of the show.
This show rapidly became a lesson in futility.

ParticipantWe miss you. So strange having a summer without you and Phee around. Especially with tomorrow being comic-con
I wish I could say that I’m excited for the SDCC panel, but I’m completely MEH about it. ‘Tis sad. *sigh*
Emma grew up in our world and would’ve seen “Back to the Future” so she could’ve grasped there was a way of saving Neal the way Marty saved the Doc. All she had to do was write a letter, being sure to include all the details about Neverland, Rumple’s sacrifice, the Wicked Witch and Neal leaving it well alone, and then sealed it, telling Rumple not to read it. Rumple, knowing he’d be reunited with his son, yet knowing also that it would result in his son’s death, would’ve passed along the letter. Emma could’ve told Rumple not to open the letter but just to give it to Neal after they were reunited.
SO MUCH THIS. Seriously, they were ripping off BTTF and had the perfect setup to do their take on the letter, which is sort of a big deal in the movie…and they didn’t do it. It boggles my mind that they had the setup for it right there and they didn’t freaking bother. An alternative to giving the letter to Neal is just writing on the outside for Rumple to not open it until after he finds his son, either way it works to keep all the necessary stuff intact and still prevent Neal from dying.

ParticipantText, I can’t believe someone stole Puck’s identity like that! That is not cool, and I hope if the person is reading this thread they reconsider and change their name/avi on tumblr. It’s quite disrespectful to commandeer Puck like that.
Also, Adam, just, fricking, URGH. When he brushes things off like “Duuuuhhh, wut backlash,” it’s so incredibly disrespectful, like he pays ZERO attention to any less than glowing review and like the GENUINE upset of MANY people for RELEVENT reasons is irrelevant, not even worth noticing. Screw his dismissive and disrespectful attitude!

ParticipantSome day I need to take proper photos of my fairy garden creations to post in this thread. Anyway…
A friend’s daughter who is a bit of a Disney Princess junkie was having a Frozen themed 6th birthday party. Of course she was getting both Elsa and Anna costumes to add to her extensive Disney Princess costume wardrobe, but her mum asked if I could make her some tiaras to top it off.
Anna doesn’t wear a crown of any kind, so I just made up a design to match her costume.

She wanted the Elsa crown in silver even though it’s gold in the movie, so I used clear chip beads to look like it was encrusted with icicles, (the number of hours I spent trying to tie that jigsaw of itty bitty beads together got way outta hand, it drove me insane).

ParticipantWell obviously…
Mitchell’s character will be the Snow Queen…who is Elsa’s mother…but not Anna’s…Elsa was adopted as a baby but never told about it…she inherited her icy magic from her bio mother…who inherited magic from her mother…just like her older sister Cora did…both sisters gave up babies and both passed their magic onto their daughters…because why not…because freaking family wreath.
