Speaking of the book……where the heck is it? Deleted scene?
I’m starting to think that they realised that scene wouldn’t fit if they wanted to keep showing Emma wanting to take him back to NYC. They needed to keep Henry oblivious to the fairytales in order for Emma to be considering leaving as an option. Also, if we had Emma wanting him to not remember and Regina giving him the book to help him remember, that puts them at odds and they’ve been trying to portray them as being a team lately.
[adrotate group="5"]Rememebr the theory that Eric is related to King Xavier and Henry Sr. Because the castles looked so similar??? Well it could be TRUE!!! That could be why BlackBeard kidnapped him… Because Zelena wants him!!!
That would be an interesting twist. I certainly hope there’s more to Eric’s kidnapping than just having been randomly kidnapped.

Also, agreed with sweetgrass, can’t believe they’re not making Blackbeard his father. The actors look related already and then put them in costume and it makes them look SO related it’s almost distracting.
And MRJ makes even more money as yet another episode goes by where he has to be listed in the credits, since he’s still a full time cast member, even though he won’t be appearing in the episode at all. I’m not gonna lie…..as much as that sucks to know (I’d rather him be ON my TV screen), I’d really enjoy that type of job right now, LOL #moneyfornothing
I dunno how TV contracts typically work. Like, I know Meghan was in the opening credits for the whole of S2 (just checked and she was still there in 222), but hers was a case of the character getting sidelined, not killed, and it was a development mid-season, so it’d make sense that they’d still pay her out as per contract because they screwed her over. But if Neal’s death was planned pre-season, is that a thing that would warrant altering MRJ’s contract if he’s already signed one for the full season previously? Or do contracts not get re-negotiated like that, so they were stuck with paying him a full season anyway?
Been waiting a long time to see my old crackship share the screen, and it sounds like they’ll be doing a bit of that.
What does this have to do with OZ and Zelena?????
Nothing by the sound of the press release, but there’s gotta be SOMETHING to do with Zelena, considering she at least has a scene with Hook in present day.
Philora was at had the floor boarded up, by Zelena, to lessen the chance of anyone using the one weapon that could defeat her.
This sounds brilliant. I was thinking they were just reusing sets, hoping we wouldn’t notice… But if it turned out to be important that would be amazing!!!! Plus Nyx probably won’t be too happy with someone else breaking the laws of magic.
There’s no way it’s random set re-use IMO. The eps of each show aired within a week of each other, and on WL they showed the thing in two lands and had Ana flat out state that “there’s one in every land” and then BOOM there’s one in FTL. My current end of season headcanon is that time will sort of unravel back to the point when Zelena had just invaded Regina’s castle, but this time they’ll have the experience of S3B so they’ll have figured out how to defeat her. So for the climax of the season, we go back to the same place and moment when they all arrived in FTL at the start of 312 (to bookend the half season nice and neatly), they go over, bust open the Well, out pops Nyx to give them some water because she’s pissed at Zelena for having messed with magic, then they hightail it to Regina’s castle and dump the water on her.
And now that I’m thinking about it some more, perhaps Nyx will offer up some water to help bring Rumple back too this time around, because he’s no longer a villain after his 311 sacrifice, so his time isn’t up and he does get the shot at his happy ending.
(It’s a bit crackpot, I know, but just in case, I totes called it. 😛 )
Jafar his anger kept him alive after he was drowned to death.
I think Jafar’s mother was magical…and that ring. So he’s magical but delayed.
Yeah, there was a wafty, wavy, magical pulse special effect, pretty sure it rose up from his mother or the ring when she died, and they used the same effect when Jafar came back to life.

Sounds fair enough to me. Cora already has an association with Lancelot, so why not expand on that.

Their love survived. Against all odds, it endured, as strong as ever. Their love is powerful. I can’t believe it could just be snuffed out. I just can’t. There’s gotta be more to come. Their love must still hold true, against all odds.

If any love can endure even separation via death and then come out the other side, then it would be theirs! Fate is all, “NOPE, gotta course correct to get these two kids back together again.”
Seriously, I’ve got that baelfire theory wedged in my brain now. If they took inspiration from a different story’s thing called baelfire and used it as a means to resurrect their Baelfire and reunite him with his TL, they’d think they were super clever and funny with the inside joke.
I maintain that in that moment in the woods, in the middle of all the chaos and confusion, she was home with him. That smile was home… aaaaaaaaaand now my feelings.
Yup, we’ve never seen her be that happy and easy going with anyone else except Neal.
Random musing about Emma’s choice from here on about whether to keep Henry in SB and have him remember, or take him back to NYC, blissfully unaware…
Like I said in a previous post, she may be thinking that having him remember Neal would be too painful for him, so part of her wants to protect him from that…
The new thought I had was that if she takes him back to NYC, she can take him to Neal’s apartment, where all his stuff is. They could look through it, Emma could tell him about the dream catcher, which could lead to her telling him happy stories of their time together. She could use NYC and Neal’s things there to help Henry build up an idea of who his dad was and have him feel close to him, without him having to suffer the pain of remembering and losing him.
If I wrote fanfic, I would write that thing.
