ParticipantWill had a sister that died? Are the writers really trying to kill me?!?
Another instance of little things being in both shows within a week of each other. This time it’s Will having a sister who drowned, and Rapunzel having a brother who drowned.

ParticipantYou all have been saying so much wonderful stuff over the last couple of pages. I have nothing to add, I just wanna hug the whole thread!
About the 315 Sneak Peek,
do we think that scream actually was Rumple, or was it Neal? Coz I’ve listened to it a bunch of times and I really think it might be Neal. The sound will no doubt be better in the actual ep to be able to tell for sure. If it’s Neal, I reckon they’re doing a bit of a fake out. Hear the scream, the audience thinks it sounds like Neal, oh nope, there’s Rumple, but then there’s a screeching monkey, so maybe the scream was Neal as he became the monkey, but then nope, Emma will run into human Neal when she’s chasing after Rumple, and then we’ll get the scene where Neal falls down and we get another scream to round out the whole little sequence. In this instance, I’m still going with my headcanon that Zelena had Neal prisoner too, and she’s just discovered that he and Rumple are both gone, so she’s torturing him a bit with whatever device she has to control him. Anyway, just figured I’d throw it out there to see if anyone else thinks the scream sounds Neal-ish too, or if I’m imagining things.Phee
ParticipantLOL That was fun!

ParticipantGiven that she appears to only have about three boxes of stuff – and we can see the baby blanket behind her, the few things she keeps are pretty important to her, so obviously this box has some type of meaning. I wondered if it was the watch box? Not sure how she would have gotten it if it is – perhaps Neal left it in the car or…?
Hmmm, I just went to look up some Tallahassee screencaps and unfortunately we don’t really get a good look at the outside of it. It does look to be about the same size as the box Emma has though, so I reckon there’s a chance you could be onto something.

Participant(To go tangential, I have a theory that part of the reason N&E rarely have the opportunity to have good meaty conversations is that it was necessary to drag their story out. If you actually let them have a good conversation, their story would be resolved very very quickly, because the only thing keeping them apart is all of the unresolved junk from the last decade. But if they are constantly being torn apart or kept on an adventure, they can delay them resolving things through conversation. I am sure that I am not the first SF fan to state that, but as I am watching through bits and pieces of their story, it is occurring to me how little time they have had to just talk. Since the discussion on the beach and the ILY as he fell through the portal, they just haven’t had a chance to resolve it. It has to be written that way, because once they do, there will be no more triangle…)
PREACH! This paragraph gets ALL the cookies!
It’s basic storytelling that you keep the couple apart so they can’t resolve their stuff, because the story is in the angst and drama of them having stuff unresolved. Like RG mentioned, Blue’s “death” was basically just a plot contrivance to assure that Emma and Neal wouldn’t have the chance to chat at the Diner. The more the writers drop roadblocks in their way, preventing those quiet moments from happening, the more it convinces me that they’re eventually gonna get it together.
And if I might point out a contrast while we’re on the topic, Emma and Hook are hanging out plenty lately, and having no deep and meaningful discussions even though they have ample opportunity…because they simply have nothing deep and meaningful to discuss from Emma’s POV.

ParticipantBefore this ep, I’d been thinking that he’d bring back Ana, but her resurrection may not stick once the laws of magic are put back in their rightful places again. If someone was fated to die, then the laws of the universe will ensure that the death sticks, that’s why Amara wasn’t supposed to have been saved and will likely die in the finale.
But now that they’re gonna have to bring back Cyrus as well, I can’t see them killing him off twice, so if he and Ana do come back, I guess there’ll be some loophole where they’re allowed to remain alive even after order is restored, (I just can’t see them leaving the laws of magic broken so that anything and everything is always possible).

ParticipantFear has always existed, but it’s not a tangible thing. Perhaps at some point in WL history, some big bad wanted to turn fear into a tangible thing to use it as a tool of war, and that’s how the Jabberwocky came to be in human form.

ParticipantI wouldn’t be surprised if it turned out she could free herself the whole time, and just had to wait for the right moment.

ParticipantI do think that it will wrap up really well as just a one season story. But even if they’d just had a FULL season, that would have been even better. It might have allowed them to show us some of Alice’s first ever visit to WL, show her interacting with QoH, show Jefferson, (Mad Hatter got a shoutout in this week’s ep which was nice, but it made me wish even more that they’d been able to show us an actual story with him).

ParticipantI just love Will, OK, like, LOVE HIM. Poor, tortured Will, who in the end will always do the right thing by those he loves, even if he stumbles along the way. I want one of him for my very own, pretty plz.
