Even though I’d already seen the pic of her touching Snow’s bump, I still wasn’t prepared for the creepy factor of that scene. *shudder*

Yes, those two are the same, (the hoodie I think is Neal).
Am pretty much totally convinced that the hooded figure in SB is Neal, still in his FTL costume. Which led me to realise that Emma may very well see him in his FTL costume. Which made me think that I REALLY NEED THIS TO HAPPEN.
Like kranen mentioned in another thread, the hooded figure in the SB woods looks like it could very well be Neal in his FTL costume. I took kranen’s screencap and did a side by side with a cap of the hooded figure at Rapunzel’s tower, and I don’t think they’re the same person (no belt on the one on the left)…
I think the one in SB woods will be Neal, and the one at the tower will be some other creepy, dark entity. They’ll show us Charming encountering the flashback hoodie at the tower (you can see the top of his head looking out the tower window at the hoodie below), and then we’ll see the SB hoodie approaching him and we’ll all be, “OH NO it’s gonna get him this time,” then they’ll crouch down next to him, throw back the hood and BOOM, it’s Neal checking that Charming is OK.I think the hooded figure at Rapunzel’s tower is different to the one in the SB woods. One at the tower isn’t wearing a belt and the one in SB looks like it’s got puffier sleeves. If Neal’s the one in the SB woods, I’d guess that he’s laying low until such time as he can help them track Zelena down, using info he has about her from having been onto her plan while they were all back in FTL. If Neal in the SB woods is still dressed in his FTL costume, that likely means he didn’t get to SB the same way everyone else did, and was exempt from the memory loss.
Maybe she wants a monkey army, or maybe she just gets off on “killing” the SB locals.
Maybe John wasn’t even supposed to get scratched up like that and infected with monkey fever, (it just happened when he struggled), and he’s a unique case and Zelena has just been using the monkeys to collect people for some reason.
I doubt it’ll be Rumple.
My preference would be that her father is the Wizard, who was a sham magician in a circus that passed through Cora’s village, and he charmed her and she fell for him, then he left and she discovered she was pregnant.
I love that Emma is concerned about Neal’s whereabouts and safety. Can we get those two kids reunited ASAP PLZ!
Did you all see that kranen posted in another thread, a shot from the promo of the hooded figure that we’re gonna see in SB, and how the costume looks like it’s similar to Neal’s FTL costume?
I don’t think they’d have Rumple kill Neal. Apart from the obvious that it would be far too heartbreaking, I wouldn’t find it believable that Rumple would be able to do it, even if he’s gone mad and/or is being controlled. If they want me to believe that Rumple could stand over his son and stab him or whatever, and not have his son’s pleas to not do it NOT get through to him, and be stronger than whatever dark power was controlling him, I’m sorry, but I just wouldn’t buy that. Yes Rumple chose power over his son before and it destroyed them both, but for that very reason, I can’t see him doing it again, because he’s come a long way since then. If he were in that position again where he’d feel compelled to hurt his son, this time he wouldn’t go through with it, his love would win out.

Writing continuity glitch, or was he embellishing the story a bit in 312?
Anyway, good to know how he got the message. My money is still on Neal having been the one who sent it.
