Hmm. This show sounds like a tv version of Warm Bodies.
Dunno what Warm Bodies is, but this show is based on the iZombie comic series.

But Regina’s holding the needle, and looking down at her hand, like she’s just pricked herself, or is about to prick herself. Zelena may well use her own blood in the spell too, but this particular scene has something to do with Regina and the needle.
I’d really been hoping that the Blackbeard character would be Hook’s father and we’d get some details of where he came from filled in, and/or that we’d get to see his early pirating days. So I’m sorta bummed that Blackbeard’s just gonna be a missing year flashback instead. There’s no way they could have previous interactions or history, because Hook is so old.
Anyway, should still be interesting to see how they battle over the JR. Assuming Blackbeard has a crew, and they’ve already found and claimed it before Hook gets there, he’ll be one man trying to get his ship back against the odds, and that should be cool to see how he goes about it.
Agreed, Zelena was totally how they got rid of the Ogres and restored their kingdom. She probably said that the condition was that they had to tell her if anyone made a surprise appearance, and warned that if they screwed her over, she’d curse their baby. But Philora probably figured no one was ever coming back, having known how desperately Snow and Emma wanted to get back to SB, and Neal was only there briefly by sheer accident, so they probably figured it was a safe deal to make and a total WIN for them. Then everyone from SB had to show up and wreck it all.
Well that’s just straight up creepy that Zelena made herself a midwife in SB!
I do hope they figure out who she is before the baby comes, but it would probably make for a more interesting story if they don’t. Snow will be there pushing the kid out, and Zelena will be there ready to snatch it the moment it pops out, and we’ll be watching all, “Awwwww, they’re having another baby! NO SNOW, DON’T PUSH UNTIL SOMEONE PUSHES ZELENA OUT OF THE WAY!” Would make for a very heightened emotional birthing scene.
I’ve been wondering if 320 might be a Neal centric, because eps with one word location titles tend to feature him heavily. If so, and if he’s been missing, then this would be a good ep for them to find him in, so if this is a recent pic, that could be what it’s of.
What I’m thinking now is that Neal and various other people have been missing since the rest of them got back to SB, (goes along with what Snow says in the promo about missing people). Why they’re missing, I dunno, maybe Zelena wants to keep Neal away from Henry, because he’ll be the key to breaking the NewCurse, and him re-discovering his father’s love could be the thing to break it? Anyway, they decide to use magic to try and locate them, but they need talismans for the missing people. So Emma goes to Neal’s old room at Granny’s to find something to use to track him with, and she ends up finding the swan necklace. Emma has a dream/vision of Neal, where she says to him that they’re gonna find them. Thereafter, Emma wears the necklace as they continue their search for the missing group.
In order for this to work with that pic, Neal, Sneezy, (poor Sneezy, he’s the Dwarf version of Neal, the crap always happens to him, first the town line memory loss, now this), and whoever else, wherever they were trapped, they were trapped in their FTL forms. That probably means that they were trapped in FTL, or at least some magical realm. So then the question becomes, if this pic is recent, and they’re just being found, how does the search party get to them? I suppose we dunno if anyone other than Hook would have been in the search party, and we know he had a way to pop over into our world in order to get to Emma, so maybe he’s able to pop back as well, after they figured out where the missing people are?
This speculation is based on a bunch of assumptions, so I could be waaaaayyy off, it’s just where my rambling thoughts are at right now.
