That stuck out to me as an interesting shot as well. Also, there was a cab driving past in the moment when MonkeyWalsh flew back up the side of the building and I thought, “Well whoever was driving that sure got an eyefull.” LOL
I could believe that Zelena would send another Monkey to keep an eye on Walsh and Emma.
[adrotate group="5"]Random: I have a friend on Twitter who is not handling the spoiler of doom speculation very well (she’s a SF and MRJ fan and is terrified to the point of not wanting to watch S3B very much) and I discovered something very interesting this afternoon: It is VERY hard to explain why I still have hope for SF and think that things aren’t what they seem to be from speculation in less than 140 characters! I can only abbreviate so many things before it’s gibberish, LOL 😮

Not strictly SF, but lovely BelleFire scene, nonetheless. Belle’s going to encourage Neal in his quest to see Emma and Henry. So lovely that they’re on the same wavelength.

(So yeah people can stop hating on Neal for moving on with Tamara because Emma did the same thing, and she confirmed that she liked it and wanted something good after feeling alone for a long time, because she thought she found an ideal man. But it was not meant to be with Walsh. Just like it was not meant to be with Neal and Tamara. Also Emma moved on extremely quickly from Walsh, a guy she supposedly said she loved like 5 minutes ago. Just like Neal moved on from Tamara quickly after she SHOT him. Would’ve liked some more shock reaction from Emma but then again I suspect it was to move the story forward. Just a minor nitpick.)
THIS! Loved the whole rest of your post as well, just quoted this bit because OMG THIS. I can’t get over how they’ve given Emma such a similar situation to the one Neal was in. It’s the perfect way to create empathy between them. They’ve had misunderstandings between each other, but this is a situation that they’ve both been through now with other people, it’s some present day common ground that they can legit relate to each other on.

I hope so! I hope that’s a trigger in his eventual arc, whatever the outcome of it may be. If he is going to heroically sacrifice himself, I hope it is to save Neal or Henry because he sees how much of him is in his son, and how important the both of them are to Emma.
I NEED THIS! Seriously, there needs to be some CaptainFire development and if they’re setting that up to happen when it’s triggered by Henry reminding Hook of Bae, I will give the writers a whole batch of cookies and almost completely forgive them for the complete lack of meaningful CaptainFire thus far.

I think Regina acts out against Emma because of her having her memories and Henry not. I mean, the last thing she remembers is saying good-bye to him. Now, she sees Emma with her memories and Henry having no idea who everyone is. That would make her MAD.
Absolutely, and really who could blame Regina for being pissed about that? So “Witch Hunt” could be Regina going after Emma, and it could also be everyone in SB suspecting Regina, (though if their last memory of her was her making the big sacrifice, I dunno that they’d suspect her in any serious way for very long), and it could also be them figuring out that Flying Monkeys = Wicked Witch because seriously if it takes them too long to put that together I’ll wanna reach into the screen and slap them because DUH.

When you’re copying and pasting any text from anywhere, the safest way is to make sure the reply box you’re pasting it into is set to “Text” not “Visual” before you paste. Top right corner of the reply box, you’ll see the two options. The forum seems to default to “Visual” mode, but that’s the one that causes all the problems with messed up formatting and adding in crazy html, so I always check that mine is set to “Text”, and can copy and paste whatever from where ever with no problems.
Here’s an interesting theory. What if prior to becoming a flying monkey, Walsh started out as the Tin Man? Think about it. He owned a furniture store, which could tie into his occupation as a woodsman.
That would actually fit really well. It sounded to me like he didn’t just sell furniture, he actually made it, because he said something about finishing Emma’s order 2 weeks early. There’s gotta be some reason that they gave him the occupation of “furniture store owner” and actually made it a point to mention it, and actually make it a part of the story. If the guy who makes wooden furniture in our world was a lumberjack in another world, that’s pretty perfect.
He also wanted to win Emma’s heart. Perhaps Zelena promised the Tin Man a love life in exchange for servitude, and walla he’s a disguised flying monkey dating Emma.
The only thing that trips me up a bit on this is how he so casually said, “And I kinda liked you,” which I wouldn’t expect from someone who had been magically granted the gift of a lover. But then again, perhaps he needed the ring on her finger in order to seal the deal, and because that didn’t happen, he didn’t truly have his heart back yet, which is how he was able to sound so dismissive of her?
I’m really liking this MonkeyTinManWalsh theory now.
Agreed, 3princesses, the note with the address makes the most sense if it came via Neal or Rumple, (I’m sure Rumple has Neal’s address emblazoned on his brain, considering it’s the exact location he’d searched for for so long). Unless there’s someone else out there with a very specific locator spell.
Zelena could get the address out of Rumple if she’s got his Dagger and is controlling him, but as it seems that Walsh’s job was to keep Emma oblivious, Zelena sending the address note doesn’t make much sense.
Excellent improvement on the numbers for 311. Here’s hoping most of those people stick with it in the weeks to come.
