ParticipantI think more than anything, that was to show his determination in finding his family. It was also a nice parallel to daddy that he could understand now that he really did go through great lengths, albeit crazy ones, to find him.
Agreed!
He hasn’t given up. AT. ALL.

ParticipantI’d say she was just CGI’d into that one shot. If Meghan had actually been on set with everyone else that day, there’s no way there wouldn’t have been photos of her. Was glad they took the time to insert her in there.

ParticipantThat scene in his apartment, I could barely breathe. LOL We’ve been waiting to see that for SO LONG!

ParticipantI’m thinking the person whom Lana confides in is actually Snow White.
The article says: “In addition to letting Snow help her grieve, Parrilla reveals that Regina will also open up to another character.”
And now that this bug is in my brain and scurrying around, I need to elaborate on the idea that it’s Henry…
It will suck and be really sad if he doesn’t get his memories back and doesn’t know that Regina is his mother, but at the same time, it’s understandable that they’d do that, because it was Regina’s ultimate sacrifice to give him up, and the significance of that gesture on her part gets negated if he suddenly remembers her and she gets him back again.
Perhaps, because he doesn’t remember who she is, she’ll be able to honestly open up to him in a way that she never was able to before, and through those interactions, he’ll give her hope and inspire her to do and be better, and he’ll come to genuinely care about her. That could build up to a moment where they have a real emotional connection and that will be what breaks the Curse, and gets Henry his memories back.
Then he’d have the memories of his mother from the first 11 years of his life, plus memories of these more recent interactions, which will ultimately lead to them having a deeper connection than they ever have before.
This may or may not be my new official headcanon.

ParticipantIn addition to letting Snow help her grieve, Parrilla reveals that Regina will also open up to another character. “She ends up confiding in and connecting to one character, and this person enlightens her and helps her see things differently and to see the world from a more positive position as opposed to this, ‘All is doomed and my life is worth nothing now,’ which is where she is in the first episode back,” Parrilla says. “She has given up and she’s lost all hope.”
She continues, “Rightfully so! She hasn’t had the easiest life. She’s lost a lot. Some of it hasn’t been her fault and some of it is. But she is getting closer and closer to becoming a full, well-rounded human being. And she can’t do that alone. She definitely needs guidance and there’s a character that helps her achieve that and get to that place.”
Who could her new BFF be, I wonder? It’d be cool if it was Henry-without-his-memories-of-her.

ParticipantSounds like Snow’s going into labor soon if David Anders is coming up soon!
Now why didn’t I think of that? Seems pretty obvious that they’ll have stuff for the resident doctor to do if there’s someone about to give birth.

ParticipantI’m excited to see how Regina develops in S3B. She’s never been my fave character, but I think I’m gonna find her more captivating from here on in.

ParticipantWell this should be fun.

Emma and Walsh
This is how this scene was conceived…
Eddy: I wanna have King Kong on the show.
Adam: We cannot have King Kong on the show. That would be ridiculous.
Eddy: Can we have Flying Monkeys?
Adam: Yes, we can have Flying Monkeys.
Eddy: Can we have one in NYC?
Adam: Sure, we’ll make Emma’s boyfriend a Flying Monkey.
Eddy: Can we have a fighting Flying Monkey in NYC?
Adam: Sure, it could be cool to see Emma kicking some Flying Monkey butt.
Eddy: Can they fight on a rooftop? With the Empire State Building in the background?
Adam: Oh I see what you did there. FINE we can do King Kong.😛

ParticipantAnyone saying that the special implied that is grossly overreacting IMO. They did show some CS scenes, but it was done as part of a recap of the entire show thus far, that’s all.

ParticipantGinny’s countdown for today
What is with that costume? It doesn’t look Snow-ish at all.
