[adrotate group="5"]I’ve concocted this scene in my head where Belle asks Neal what’s wrong and he tells her what Snowing said. Then Belle tells him to look into his heart and he’ll know what to do, and how once you find someone worth fighting for, you never give up. And in that moment, he’s gonna have his personal conviction restored, and also realise just how much Belle truly loves and believes in his father. And then I’ll collapse into a sobbing heap on the floor.

About the pic with Neal and Snowing, I think that’s the first time he’s gonna insist on going to find Emma and Henry, and they’re telling him it’s not a good idea. I’d expect him to be totally confused and frustrated by their opinion on the matter. I don’t think what they say will make him want to get to Emma and Henry any less, but it might make him pause and doubt if he’d be doing the right thing. I’d find that believable because there’s so much confusion over what Emma does and doesn’t want from him, he doesn’t know she was going to the Diner to have lunch with him, he does know how it stirred up painful emotions for her during all that happened after they’d reconnected, because she told him that in the Echo Cave. I’d imagine all of that would play on his mind, and make him momentarily doubt his resolve to go after her because he doesn’t want to cause her any more pain, and Snowing have put it in his head that she’s 100% happy now and none of them should interrupt that. But not wanting to stir up painful memories for Emma is part of why he stayed away from SB after getting the postcard, and he ended up regretting that, and then ended up resolving to always fight for her. So I think that after some momentary confusion and doubts, he’s gonna decide that he does need to get to them no matter what. They might work some interactions between him and Belle into his working through it all, and she’ll help convince him not to give up on believing in the power of his love for Emma and Henry, just like she herself never gave up believing in her love with Rumple.
Hey remember that time Nealfire summoned a giant squid of doom and lassoed it like a BAMF and then went after Peter Pan and actually managed to rescue Henry before anyone else.
How could I forget the giant squid. Blech. But yes, Neal found Henry when he’d been in NL for about 5 minutes. Granted, he lost him again, but still, the rest of them had been there for days and gotten nowhere, and Neal managed to walk into camp, disable Pan and take Henry. He’s sorta awesome!
Yeah, I don’t really see the logic in the argument that Walsh is proof that Emma can move on from Neal? This version of Emma has elements of the Emma we saw in S1. She still has scars from when Neal left her, and she still hasn’t had that moment of realisation when she saw him again in Manhattan. Her scars aren’t exactly the same as before, now that she believes she kept Henry all those years, she has an artificially altered version of her scars. S1 Emma had still had relationships post-Neal, maybe nothing serious, but it’s not like she was celibate. 312 Emma with the fake-memory-altered-scars has been open to a more serious relationship than S1 Emma had been, and that stands to reason really, but judging by her face in those pics, she’s still not prepared to completely commit to someone, because she’s freaking out and appears to run off. And part of that may well be that her love for Neal is still subconsciously buried inside her, even if she no longer remembers the “I never stopped loving him” realisation moment. Whatever else changed with her altered memories, the fact that she never stopped loving Neal would have remained the same.
When she does get her memories back, she’s gonna remember the Manhattan moment, and she’ll be a hot mess of conflicting emotions, even moreso than before, because now she doesn’t just have all the confusion over Neal in her head, she’s also got real feelings for Walsh on top of that. I’ve actually half wondered if maybe that finale wedding could be Emma and Walsh’s. There was a comment in one of the articles that suggested that Emma would potentially struggle to come to terms with accepting SB as her home. That could perhaps build up to her snapping and eventually accepting Walsh’s proposal. If the finale wedding IS theirs though, I’m gonna say that it doesn’t actually end up happening, and we’ll end up with an official SF reunion instead.
Adam said that they planned out both halves of the Season together back during the Summer.
Yeah I know, but from memory it seemed like it was something that came after the original pre-season plotting, and she was personally re-writing something as a work around. I don’t remember exactly when it was though, and if she could have potentially been referencing something for Quite A Common Fairy, or if she’d have already been working on the script for Witch Hunt or Bleeding Through way back then.

I was gonna get in on that and do some Photoshopping, but didn’t get myself properly organised, (I am hopeless). Anyway, yes, there should be new ones coming out daily and I’m looking forward to seeing them all. 😀
But assuming the NewCurse just picks up everyone in FTL and dumps them in SB, same as the previous Curse did, then how would Hook avoid that if he’s anywhere in FTL? If he NOT in FTL when the NewCurse hits, then how does he know that everyone else is in SB and he has to get Emma back there?
It does look very 312-ish, but then, if they’re shooting another flashback, then it WOULD look very 312-ish. Look up what the location was they shot that stuff at, and check if it’s had any snowfall in the last 24 hours. If it has, then it’s not a recent pic. If it hasn’t, then we’re still no closer to knowing for sure or not. LOL
