I’m sitting here imagining the kinds of interaction that Milah might have with which characters…but I mustn’t get my hopes *twitch* up.
[adrotate group="5"]I’m completely fine with it. Used to like Rumbelle together, but then they lost me, and if they’d gone with a quick fix they’d have never won me back over. Rumple being truly repentant and Belle taking time to figure herself out, allowing time for Rumple to really figure out who he is now as well, is the best way to handle the messed up situation they’d written themselves into IMO.
Even if it’s mostly just because they had to write Belle out for a bit while Emilie’s pregnant, I think it’s the best thing for their characters to spend some time apart for now.
Honestly, I don’t think we’ll see Lancelot again for a while.
When he left them all, I almost actually said out loud, “And that was the last anyone ever saw or heard of Sir Lancelot.”
It was obviously coming, but still, I’m annoyed that Merlin’s dead. The actual circumstances I don’t mind so much, because Hook being horrible, and lying, and using, and not caring who gets hurt in the process is the most entertaining he’s been in ages. Just wish the result of the plan hadn’t been us losing Merlin so quickly like that.
Operation Cobra Part 2. Really? RLY?! Operation Mongoose sounded stupid, but now they’re just not even trying.
Man, I actually enjoyed scenes between Hook and Emma for the first time ever. They’re so horrible for each other, and Hook is so much more entertaining when he’s being a word-I-can’t-say-on-this-forum. I just wish the writers were aware of exactly how toxic they just portrayed that relationship as being. If they were, then CS would be a busted and broken ship scattered on the ocean floor right now. I know they’ll inevitably ignore how they portrayed them in this ep, and they’ll whitewash it back into being destined twu wuv, but for right now I’m just gonna enjoy them being bleeping terrible to and for each other.

I may have issues with the inconsistencies and plot holes, but this is the type of Hook that I actually find entertaining.

Don’t worry, it’s not you, it’s just that the writers don’t care about making their characters consistent. When they wanted to sell him as the romantic hero, they whitewashed him and ignored how he should realistically act. Now their plot needs him to be dark again, so SURPRISE he’s regressed.
Clearwater’s dark, ancient mythology awakens, and what was supposed to be a summer of fun soon turns into one of unforgettable scares and evil at every turn.
The scariest part will be the inconsistencies in the ancient mythology. 😛
My arms flailed around so much watching this ep!! You know a show’s great when you literally cannot sit still while watching it!!
When Asher was about put the car in reverse, and then he put his foot down, I was practically jumping outta my chair. O.M.GAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!
I have thoughts about so much that happened, but right now I’m just pre-occupied with THAT ENDING! (Sidenote: that kid they cast to play BabyWes was PERFECT.)

I reckon they were working a case, and Westoph’s mother ended up dead, and the circumstances of her death were a disadvantage to whoever they were trying to defend, so they set up the crime scene to make it look like suicide. Annalise has experience in faking a crime scene, and that’s the experience she’s drawing on to do it now in present day.
That moment when Wes’ arm moved up and suddenly he was going for the kill shot…I just…I CANNOT EVEN I WAS TERRIFIED OMG HE WAS SO ANGRY!! That entire scene of Annalise begging each one of them to shoot her was TRAUMATIC! Props to all involved from the writers, to the music department, to the camera crew and director, to the actors, because they managed to MESS ME UP.
