ParticipantI’m assuming Red Queen and QoH would be mashed up into the one character. I’m thinking along the lines of what Tim Burton did for his Alice movie, where Red/QoH and White were portrayed as being estranged sisters.

Am I the only one that can’t understand why Cora knows that there is magic in SB?? π How can she know so much, like the curse will be broke in 28 years, everyone will get memory-loss and there will be a savior etc…
It was Rumple that came up with the curse so it’s confusing that Cora share this knowledge…… Any one have any idea???Cora does seem to know an awful lot about the curse. It’s made me wonder if perhaps she’s the one who Rumple was originally gonna recruit to cast it, but that plan didn’t work out. Like, perhaps Cora knew how it was all gonna work, and when it came to sacrificing the one she loved most to cast the curse, she’d had to have sacrificed Regina, and she couldn’t. That could explain why Rumple set his sights on recruiting Regina to perform the task instead, and the tragedy of it all would be that in the end, Regina’s life did in a way end up being sacrificed for the sake of the curse, even if her mother hadn’t been able to sacrifice her for it in the beginning. It’s basically just pure speculation, but Cora’s intimate knowledge of the curse had to come from somewhere and once I’d started wondering about it, my imagination kinda ran away with it. π
As for Cora knowing there’s magic in SB, she knew that Emma and Snow got from SB to FTL, which involved magic on the SB end. I don’t remember exactly how much info we saw the girls give to “Lancelot”, but safe to say they’d have told “him” about the state of things in SB.

ParticipantOne of my little theories is that Snow’s mother became Wonderland’s White Queen, so I’d kinda love it if they tied that all together by having Eva and Cora having been estranged sisters in FTL, who ended up being opposing queens in Wonderland.

Looking for a link, but in a tvguide.com interview….
Will we be seeing Peter Pan this season?
Kitsis: No.That would be an amazing opener for Peter Pan, though. I’d love it! π
We could still meet Peter Pan in our world this season, without them revealing that he's Peter Pan, or showing Peter Pan flashbacks yet, and technically they won't have lied. π

ParticipantWatching The Cricket Game, when they brought Pongo into the shop, I wanted to Belle to say, “I said I wanted a CAT!” π That is all. Carry on.

ParticipantShe said the bean would send Bae and Rumple to a land without magic, because the purpose of using the bean was for them to go somewhere that Rumple’s magic would be void.
Then Bae ended up going through alone, so he was now an orphan, and what storybook land do orphaned boys go to? Neverland.
We’ve now seen Hook use a bean to take him where he wanted to go, Neverland. And we’ve seen him and Cora use a bean to take them where they wanted to go, Storybrooke. And we know that the giants did the same thing where they’d choose whatever land they felt like plundering on any given day. Which means that the user dictates where the bean goes.
If Bae was thinking, “I don’t want to lose my Papa and be all alone,” as he fell through the hole….BAM, he ends up in Neverland with the Lost Boys. That’s been my thinking since the moment we saw him go down the beanhole.

What. π They truly have a weird interpretation of love. I hope your mother isn’t reading it, Kitsis.I think they’re saying that sardonically. In episode 10, Hook mockingly jested, “Aren’t you mother of the year?” and I think that’s the same tone with which Kitsis gave that reply. In several other interviews the producers commented that while Cora really loves Regina, it’s a twisted kind of love.
Yeah, they’re talking from Cora’s perspective. She’s gotta do everything she can to destroy her little girl, so she can show how much she loves her. It’s messed up to us, but makes perfect sense to Cora.
I’m starting to get impatient for Ariel, dammit. Hurry up season 3. π

I read a theory that the car will push Hook over the town line. What if it’s his memories, not Belles, that we should worry about? It would make sense from a storytelling point of view. How else are Rumple and Hook going to peacefully coexist now that the conflict has come to a violent head? And we know Colin Odonague is sticking around, sothey must somehow coexist. I hope it doesn’t happen though. I don’t want Hook to become less hook.
But if the car is coming into town when it hits Hook, then it’d just push him further away from the line, and not over it, right? Unless he rolls over it when he falls off the car? But like EQ says in the previous post, I doubt the line would affect Hook the same way anyway, given that he was shielded from the curse.

So Belle and Mulan know each other. Have to wonder if they were friends or foes. Also, what is Belle doing in China?
not china… more like an unexplored part of FTl… as for she is doing there, she as “always wanted to see the world” remember?
Since there was an Asian-ish door in Jefferson’s hat, I’d kinda been expecting Mulan’s land to be a whole different realm. Given that Belle’s gonna hook up with her, I guess it’s looking more likely that maybe she’s just in a different part of FTL. Guess we’ll have that clarified soon enough.

She looks too much like Snow White. I do love the idea of Belle being given some scenes and her own story and episode, but they have her dressed up like Snow White. She even seems to be copying a bit of her stance and her facial expressions when she is being cautious or wary.
And it also seems so random that someone so tough and strong could be so easily kidnapped by Smee, who was unarmed. Or that she was so trusting him as to actually talk to him–a complete stranger.
I don’t want to make an judgements yet until the episode airs, but I cannot help but feel it all just looks so random, or a bit forced.
Well, to be fair, there are only so many facial expressions and bodily stances that a person can use to portray a certain emotion, so if she looks similar to Snow in that regard, that doesn’t strike me as odd.
As for being kidnapped by Smee in SB, keep in mind that that happened after she’d been locked up for about 30 years, and was finally able to venture out into the world again, so she’s still regaining her feet, so to speak, so I can believe there’d be a change in her personality.
BelleWarriorPrincess is in the mindset of being heartbroken with nothing left to lose, so she’s gonna just let loose and kick some arse and get her frustrations out. It also seems that perhaps whatever she’s doing will be related to Rumple somehow, given her screaming about never giving up fighting for him. Taking all that into consideration, I can buy this new side of Belle as being believable.

Oh Phee! Love that idea! Payback for PP! LOL! Hard to let go of something we’ve been on since last winter, isn’t it?
Ever since the moment they had Bae go down the beanhole, I’ve expected he went to Neverland, so dammit, he’s gotta at the very least be a Lost Boy…he just has to be…or I’ll be crushed, crushed I say. π
