There is defnitely something interesting about her. I have this uneasy feeling that the Blue Fairy isn’t on the side of the angels, as it were … not necessarily that she’s evil, but she’s rather thoroughly on her own side. And that’s not the side of mankind.
She did orchestrate an awful lot of things, didn’t she … in a way, she made it necessary for Rumple to come up with the curse. And then possible for Emma to escape that curse. I wonder if she’s pulling strings toward an end we cannot (yet) see …
Yes! She could be a bit shady. After all, she was referred to as a beast by Morraine … taking a different form, perhaps? And … she told Bae she was on the “right” side … not “good” as everyone assumes … 😛

I don’t think the Blue Fairy has her memories though i also don’t think Rumpel got his memories back until he met Emma at Granny’s inn and heard her name in the pilot.
Then how did he procure Henry, who just happened to be the Saviour’s son, if he knew nothing for 28 years? Incredible odds of obtaining just the right kid … I think Gold reacted because Emma was finally there. The endgame was beginning ..

Just want to point out, the phone August used to call is not like the telephones we have today, it was an very old style type of phone. Like this one.
To call out, you would only need to make three dials.
Ahh, no … the phone wasn’t THAT old. It was a regular bone-style headset from about 20 years ago. (28? lol) but the three-digit calling IS interesting, and a deliberate plot point IMHO, either to throw us off or present yet another cryptic clue.
phredParticipantAnyone else notice that August only dialed three digits on the green phone? It could mean nothing, as TV/movie scripts often shortcut actual dialing to get to the point, but in THIS show? Hmm … and no, I don’t think it was 911. Could a local number only need 3 digits to dial in Storybrooke? And what was with the green phone anyway? Another red herring perhaps?
Which brings me to another point. Some of the technology in SB is outdated, but some, not. In the pilot, they had internet and therefore a more recent PC, but later, Regina gave Henry an 80s-era game. Old TVs, all kinds of throwbacks. At City Hall in the early episodes at City Hall there were computer monitors all over the place – older ones. Wassup with that?
Anywho, I digress.
Back on topic, I still think August COULD be future-Henry, in some way. The way he tried to use the dagger on Mr Gold was very, umm, Henry/child-like.
Thoughts?
phredParticipant@Dorothy: AWB wasn’t necessarily flirting w/Emma as such. It could’ve been simple banter. I also found myself thinking he looked betrayed and hurt when Emma suggested he could be a liar and she couldn’t trust him. He’s probably not future Henry, but we should not discount the concept of time travel. There have been two strong hints that time plays a part – the 28 years of Storybrooke standing still, along with the fact that the episodes are not all in chronological order, especially the FTL flashbacks.
phredParticipantLicense plate from Kansas – he could be Sam, Dean or John Winchester from Supernatural ;). Just kidding. BTW, Walt Disney is NOT from Kansas. He was born in Illinois. However he started his work in the KC area.
He says he doesn’t lie – no, he said he “always tells the truth”. Truth could be figurative in a writer’s way.
He is a writer – he might not be a writer in the classic sense
He has a typewriter – ruse and nothing more
Something happened with his legs that he called ‘shin splints’ – they might not be splints, he could have been covering up whatever the leg issue is
He knew what the source of the well is – no, he merely suggested it with a quote about water travelling between lands, but, umm, yeah
He knew about Henry’s book – that’s because he is Henry
He obtained and appears to have edited the book – we don’t whether it was edited/added to/subtracted from. Could be he’s just trying to help younger Henry
He spoke about travelling to Nepal and of prayer temples being overrun with lemurs – not what a person who never lies would say, right? He therefore can’t be Pinoccio – unless he was just testing to see if Red had any knowledge of the outside world – OR – was testing to see if his own nose would grow in SB (risky)
He was not transported to SB with everyone else – drove into town on his bike. True dat – but why? He can obviously come & go. He’s Henry!
Regina said he seems familiar to her – because he’s grown-up Henry. She did say he only “seems” familiar to her.Just my two cents worth – don’t trust the show’s writers about AWB not being Henry – they could be lying, or covering up, or simply twisting the truth – as August could also be 😈
