Tried that random generator game. Here’s some the scenarios I got for Emma and Baelfire and Emma and Hook. (I used Baelfire because that’s Neal’s real name)

“Hook is bitten by a zombie and has to be put down by Emma”
“Hook reveals a secret to Emma”
“Hook comforting a sad Emma”
“Baelfire and Emma go on a road trip.”
“Emma and Baelfire swap bodies”
“Baelfire and Emma watching a very sad movie. Baelfire is crying”
“Emma is under a terrible curse. Baelfire knows how to cure it”
“Emma tries to tell Baelfire that ‘It isn’t what it looks like, I swear!’”

Keeper of FelixI feel confident that Belle and Rumple are going to end up back together, probably not this season but definitely season 5.
Last episode, there were two scenes that shadow previous RumBelle moments.
The first was the diner scene between Will, Belle and “Hook”. This scene shadows the brief RumBelle hamburger date we saw in season 2. Belle is super excited about some food and someone interrupts. I couldn’t help notice that when Belle was super exited about the chocolate cake, Will was distinctly unimpressed whereas in the hamburger date when Belle was excited about the hamburgers, Rumple just rolled with it. Could the writers already being sowing the seeds for ScarletBeauty to break up by showing the differences between Belle and Will? Also, they had Belle emphasise the newness of her relationship with Will and had her say that she didn’t know if she would ever be over Rumple. If a person isn’t over their ex, then surely any “new” relationship is going to flounder?
The second scene is when “Hook” makes a deal with Belle not to speak of what they did with the dagger to anyone, even amongst themselves. The making a deal is a deliberate imitation of Belle and Rumple’s first meeting in Skin Deep even down to the wording.

Keeper of FelixWhat if…and I hate to think this of Will, but like you said he is a conman, he’s leading Robin on to the page in the library and cozying up to Belle because the Author and/or Sorcerer has Ana and he’s using Will to do his/her bidding. Kind of like Rumple used Hook. Will is doing all of whatever he’s doing, following orders and in return his love will be returned to him.
I’d hate to think this because if this is the case because then he’s going to end up crushing Belle. (Can’t she get a break???) But I could see Adam and Eddy thinking this is all romantic. Not only do they not know how to write women, they don’t really know romance very well.
Interesting theory. I also couldn’t help noticing last episode that when Belle was super into that chocolate cake, Will really wasn’t. It kind of parallels but is the opposite to the RumBelle hamburger date where Belle was super into trying a hamburger and Rumple just went along with it.
Also I think we had major signposting last episode that there may be more to Will than what’s happening. Mainly Belle saying “he’s who he says he is” and “he makes me smile”. Those lines fit right in with “I’ll be right back” and “At least it can’t get any worse”.
The only way they can maintain sympathy for Will, if he is indeed playing Belle, is for him to have been coerced into doing what he’s done (like you said, by someone threatening to harm Ana unless he’s done as he’s told. Even Belle could be sympathetic to that when he’s apologised and explained everything. If Will is just stringing Belle along to get back to Ana when she’s not in harm’s way, then he loses a lot of respect.

Keeper of Felix@nealfanforever, It’s possible that Sophie Lowe may have been in Skin Deep but I don’t think it was for Alice. Sometimes shows reuse minor actors and give them a new bigger role later on in time.
For example, in Doctor Who, in the episode Fires of Pompeii, Karen Gillan and Peter Capaldi both guested in that episode. Karen Gillan especially had a minor role. A few years later, Karen Gillan was cast as Amy Pond, the Doctor’s new companion. Peter Capaldi is currently the 12th Doctor. This show has a habit of reusing its actors.

She went from a kick-butt, mostly shrewd and sarcastic savior to not doing much, running around like a headless chicken, and acting totally unprofessionally as a would-be sheriff. Seriously, what kind a sheriff lets known villains into town? What kind of sheriff lets her deputy search a car without a search warrant or uniform? What kind of sheriff lets the mayor and former evil queen kidnap a puppet-boy?
It’s the Charming family way of thinking. “So long as we’re okay, who gives a crap about anyone else?”
