Keeper of FelixI think Rumple didn’t fight for Milah because the odds were stacked against him. He had Bae to think about. If he died duelling Hook, who was far more experienced with a sword, who would’ve taken care of Bae? Rumple didn’t want Bae to have the childhood he had of growing up without a father? Bae had already lost one parent that day, he didn’t need to lose the other. Rumple fought for Bae because he had seen the ogre wars up close where being maimed made you one of the “lucky ones”. No parent would willingly stand by and watch whilst their beloved child got sent off to a war where the best chance of survival is to be severely injured.
I think the fact that Milah and Hook discussed taking Bae with them when she deemed him old enough actually makes her look worse then she did before. She chose to let Bae grow up without a mother then she would have just crashed back into Bae’s life and taken him away from the father who loved him. Rumple wouldn’t have had any say in the matter, Milah would have probably just took Bae and left again.

Keeper of Felix3. I think we’ll see Snow getting darker in season 3 especially when it comes to saving her family. That dark spot on her heart hasn’t gone away and they’ve built up the suspense of Snow turning dark too much to suddenly go “she fixed it”.

Milah, Emma, Snow, Regina, attempted to with Cora. The only one he’s not flirted with is Belle, either because she’s not a mother or through her connection with Rumple. Perhaps Hook has learnt his lesson of not to go after Rumple’s romantic partners.

Perhaps Milah is the fourth person. Hook has spent the entirety of season 2 trying to avenge her, it wouldn’t seem right for him to suddenly forget her. Emma and Hook are still dealing with the ghosts of their past, I can see Hook feeling tremendous guilt that a) he has given up on his revenge of killing Rumple, and b) he is beginning to develop feelings for Emma. Whilst Hook has been flirting with every female, except Belle, that he has come across, he’s had no emotional involvement. With Emma, he has an emotional connection so he may feel that he is betraying Milah’s memory by falling in love with Emma.
