And now they don’t even bother to have Ruby and Victor interact in the one episode they could have. There goes the only thing on this show that was keeping me watching, hoping that the writers would go back to them.
[adrotate group="5"]professor ratiganParticipantAnd I don’t think it’s long for this world, given its ratings.
You were correct. CBS did not include it on their list of renewed shows.
professor ratiganParticipantDamn. Here I was thinking that we were getting lucky this pilot season and only losing David (who I couldn’t complain about since I sorta hate Dr Whale).
Don’t count on him leaving. He already has a reputation playing one-offs on procedurals, and this looks to be no different.
Oh well. I feel like this won’t get picked up anyway.
Honestly, it sounds a bit too weird for a CW audience.

professor ratiganParticipantMarch 24th to April 11th.
professor ratiganParticipantWhat makes you even think David’s character is going to outlive the tv-movie? This show is a procedural. Their bad guys are one-and-done type of deals from episode to episode. I have never seen it said on any site that his character will be a regular should it go to series.
professor ratiganParticipantThe actress who played Ruby/Red is now on another show (Intelligence), so we probably won’t see her character again.
Actually, her show is going to be axed at the end of the season, so she’ll be coming back.
professor ratiganParticipantKeep in mind that this is a procedural, which are ‘villain-of-the-week’ type shows. Before we get ahead of ourselves, remember that he may just be cast for the pilot as their first bad guy. And even if he does end up having a overarching storyline, that doesn’t mean he’ll be in every single episode. If anything, it would be more like Supernatural with him popping up sporadically amongst the self-contained episodes.
professor ratiganParticipantCan I be the keeper of Dr. Whale’s Red Carnations? And/or his condo?
professor ratiganParticipantWell, if the demand was that high that they released this (and they didn’t even have to), I’m sure the full score will be released way sooner than later.
