There was a line that one actor from Grimm, talking about bring dead characters to the show and he said something like this, “if we keep bringing dead characters back, or finding ways to bring them back, why would our audience feel or care about the characters, if is that easy to bring back the deads”, in a way, this goes to Emma character, does the show still needs a Savior? Is Emma still important to the show, when every season, they come with the worst villain of all villains and yet they come with silly stuff to defeat them and emma is never the responsable for that.
I think Emma title as savior ended on S1, after breaking that curse and now she is a normal character like all of them, bc if she was relevant to the story, i think having her as dark one, would have been the best way of ending the show and making emma defeating the darkness by herself, since they didnt do that, can someone tell me how is now relevant to the story is Emma? She started the S5 being called the worst of the worst villains, yet was nothing about her, was all about Hook, her flashbacks are now retcons, of previous stablish things, so i dont think the story would suffer that much if Emma would die, but stay dead for real, bc she is no longer needed, at this point even Rumple with his is good is bad is more essencial to the story and the same goes with regina, than Emma herself, heck even Belle that has no screen time, is more essencial to the story than Emma at least for me.
In the end Emma problem is not just CS, is the writing, the fact is OUAT should have ended long time ago, or at least have only 13 epis season per year, that way i think the writing would not be so bad and the characters would be way more develop than they are now with seasons with 23 episodes, where most are fillers, and each episode is a retcon of something that the characters did on previous episode.

I was under the impression that they got the rights to Hook but they did not get the rights to Peter Pan right out of the gate in season 2. I believe they were separate and didn’t get Pan rights til the end of season 2. And Tamara and Greg didn’t stay around because they were reviewed by the fan base very poorly I thought. Correct me if I’m wrong though.
Well they always said they could only have used hook, bc they got the Neverland rights, no way they would bring Hook and make him regular, if they didnt had the NVL rights, what would happen if they didnt got them? They even hinted to some fans( that love a certain ship) that if they had NVL rights on S1 they could have brought Hook on s1, so that for me is obvious, that one was connected to the other, of course i have one opinion about these words from them to certain fans that i can`t post here on general threads. Now the question is, which of their words is correct, bc everything that cast and crew said back on s2, has been somehow retcon after S3B, so no way of saying which of their words are right, especially bc we have megan also saying that they changed stories to neverland, like in the S2a, so to many versions again to know which one is true.
But again the fact that Colin broke is leg didnt helped, in s3, even colin and MRJ said that Hook and neal were supposed to have more interaction, but didnt had bc of what happened, so they had to change some episode scripts last minute and add other stories.
Tamara and Greg, even tho hated, didnt last more time, bc well sonequa was added as regular to TWD, so she had to be killed off, and i think Greg actor had other projects as well.
It is a remembrance … on the anniversary of my father’s death we pour a bottle of wine on his grave…. just because we grew up with him having a glass of wine at every dinner. When you grieve you often to crazy things at the grave site; especially if you believe in an afterlife.
That makes the way this show handle things even more depressing, bc we all know who died and had nothing like this and yet had more connection to other characters that should have mourned him. Also, if they use Ale to have some sort of comunication with a love one that is dead, hey there is a son that never said goodbye to his father, even tho he was looking for him in 5 minutes after he forgot about him, but whatever.
Sensing that this epi will be very depressing, like i said before, will show that the way they handle things from character to characters is a bit biased, like @WickedRegal said, the fact that Regina and i can`t believe im saying this Zelena may lose their love ones and emma gets hook, gives lot of depressing vibes of the way certain characters are treated.
Could they be going back to the ideas they originally had for the end of Season 2 into Season 3, before Neverland got greenlit?
Well that is the thing tho, they got the rights for NVL after S1, they cast hook character during the s1 and s2, so all their ideas for S2 could still have been used, the thing that may have changed things was the fact that Colin broke his leg, that was what changed all s2b storyline. And also the fact that they changed who would be Peter pan, bc i seen many people online and even know that say that they for sure were going to make Bae and we also know that the fact that Sonequa got regular cast on TWD didnt help, so that storyline was over. So was not the fact that they got NVL arc that got in the way, was more personal things from the actors.
However looking back now, i wonder if the fact that Wendy actress tweeted Adam saying she was excited about S6, means something.
Does his anti-magic attitude include being against all magic, including white magic like Emma’s and his own brand of authorial magic, or just dark magic, like Rumple’s and the Evil Queen’s?
well according to that article, is all magic, he thinks magic needs to be banished bc destroys everything. So is S2b henry2.0
Why is Emma taking Hooks flask to his grave??? He is dead, is not like hes going to need it. makes no sense.

Please dont tell me that S6a is S2B??? with the whole real world vs magic world, and please dont tell me they are bringing the home office again.
Yeah, im with @Watcher, why does it have to be NY? I mean Rumple brought Magic to this world on S1 on SB, so the most sense would be to destroy it from SB.
Also, this sounds like evil queen flashbacks and a bit of temper on SB( just like S2), but in the end Regina SB wont be turn into her. And since they are talking about it on articles, the Evil Queen cant is the old character returning, right??? I mean she is part of the show, people expect and want to see Evil queen flashbacks, so not unexpected, like JMo said and they are speaking about it, is not that big of secret, bc JMO she said that she couldn`t say more about the character returning.
And Rumple is going after Henry again? like what?? So they are really trying to destroy Rumple character for real, so he going after his grandson again, im starting to wonder that Rumple may be the big bad again on S6 and makes me wonder why he doesnt go back to SB? I bet they going again with Belle having the DO dagger and make him stay away from SB.
So no originality on the stories, this only shows that unlike what they say, they dont plan the seasons anymore and for sure they dont have material for 7 seasons,bc that would mean that they use different material every season which they dont.
