KeymasterNice introduction of Snowing! Turns out I was right that they will appear in more than one or two scenes
Pretty sure All the Snowing scenes from the promo are for episode 722 not 721. That’s why they billed it as a two part series finale, so they could start promoting that Snowing were returning for 722. JMo is not shown because they won’t show final scene of the show (which is probably the group scene)

KeymasterGENERAL: This was a really good episode and I enjoyed it a lot. I have a feeling @WickedRegal is gonna need some tissues, though. If it weren’t for all the Gothel stuff, it’d be sorta perfect because that part of this season just drags. Focusing on Henry is how it should be.
Rating: 9/10
LIKED
–My god, Jared grew up. Nostalgia time because I can still remember what an adorable little 10 year old he was.
–“Perhaps I should help the family I do have here.” <3 Rumple. Always.
–“They didn’t accept the real Henry Mills.” Okay, all season I’ve had trouble believing that Henry needs to go find his real story because that’s not how people talk or think. But this line makes it so much clearer how much of a lie Henry would have to live every single day of his life if he ever dared to step outside of the tiny Storybook hamlet.
–Henry made himself believe and broke his own curse by taking a giant leap of faith and calling his past self. “Home isn’t a place; it’s the people in it. And they will always be with you.” I actually started crying. The actors did a phenomenal job. It’s amazing that we’ve seen this boy grow up…
–Regina trying to smash Gothel’s head in with a bat is also how I feel about Gothel and her overall plan.
–Henry broke the curse by kissing Regina’s forehead. So beautiful. So full circle. So exactly what it needed to be. Henry is his mothers (both of them) son.
–Robin and Alice are the absolute best thing about this entire season. They are a ship that will live on in OUAT lore as one of its best.
–“You want to ruin me like the world ruined you; I’m not like you. I’m not an orphan or a street rat or a girl who’s lost her way….you chose hate. But I choose love.” Alice will go down as one of OUAT best single season characters. I’d give anything to have had more of her.
–Henry’s essay. I can’t. I’ve given this show so much (deserved) crap over the years but there are times that it reminds me why I’ve stuck it out. “As long as someone believes that…there will always be magic.”
MIXED
–Hey, Tiana is still a thing on this show! Such a wasted character.
–Regina digging up a grave of a very recently dead woman to get a storybook is all manner or creepy and weird.
–This episode is a love letter to RegalBeliever and it’s beautiful. But it will always feel weird that Henry is having these monumental life crises and Emma isn’t there to co-parent with Regina.
–I have no idea how I feel about Wish Rumple as the final villain. Sell it to me well, OUAT. Make me believe.
DISLIKED
–The witches are becoming trees. In an eternal grove. I mean…everything about this particular plot is dumb and weird and I wish it wasn’t happening and we could focus on the family and characters instead.
–The time travel paradoxes are insane and the show would be better if they just had everyone live in 2045-2050 and make the argument that technology didn’t advance much in 30 years. I just think it’s too complicated and full of holes.
–Suddenly this show became “Honey I Shrunk the Imp, the Captain, and the Archer.”
–Facilier’s sudden death is so unearned. We know nothing about him or what we wanted or what his connection to Regina is.

KeymasterSnow and Charming in their fancy dress EF clothing are probably from the big group scene.
The scene of them around the table with the rest of the family suggests a group meeting to discuss the problem at hand and in which Snow will probably talk about hope while Charming backs her up.
Young Henry is Young Wish Realm(?) Henry who captured Regina and locked her up because this Regina killed that version of Henry’s grandparents.
I’m guessing Young Wish Realm Henry is the person who’s writing these personalized storybrooks with bleak endings. In other words, Henry has to save his younger wish realm self and make that version of himself believe in hope and family.

KeymasterI think the writers just didn’t want to deal with future tech, while having an explanation for why everyone else in Storybrooke isn’t able to help out.
Except Snowing were already teased to be the ones to able to help. At least that is what the other article said.
There are different ways to help, though. They may not be able to come to the rescue (cause time travel) but they can offer advice to Henry, which is what I think their role is more likely to be

KeymasterEven if there was some time travel, I don’t get how Robyn–in Storybrooke, before she and Zelena went to the EF 2.0–is eighteen. She’s not that much younger than Baby Snowflake. They were only born about a year-ish apart.

Keymaster“He makes an appearance, and he’s about nine or 10.”)

KeymasterSo, did she create Hyperion Heights with the well being where it all started for in her tree nymph home?
I dunno. I think Gothel might have created the well in HH before she left with Seraphina but I thought HH itself was created when Regina was manipulated into casting the Curse. Sort of like when SB was only created when the Original Curse was cast and it vanished when Regina undid it at the end of S3A.

KeymasterWhich again makes me wonder why he was brought in to begin with
To be honest, I’ve been sort of wondering if they brought Facilier in when they didn’t yet have confirmation that this season would be the end. If they thought there was a chance for a S8 (and to be fair, it was a teeter-totter bubble show right up until the moment ABC cancelled it) then they’d have to lay some groundwork early on. Gothel and this whole plot with her would eat up S7 with hints of Regina/Facilier sprinkled in but never given any weight because that would be explored in a potential S8. But as soon as ABC gave them the news, it became more about wrapping up the entire series than devoting it to set up S8. So Facilier and Facilier/Regina got the very short end of the stick and go unexplored and explained.
ETA: I’m also not 100% sure if Facilier is in anything beyond 720. He might be (and I’ve forgotten because they filmed a lot away from us) but I don’t recall him being around for the filming of the final two episode. Also based on what we do know from people who have sources somewhat on the inside…it still leads me to believe he’s not there for 21-22.

KeymasterI think we will get SOMETHING on his backstory
There could be a massive exposition dump but I don’t think so. We know quite a bit about the flashbacks of the next three episodes and I’m pretty sure Facilier isn’t in 21 and 22 which only leave this upcoming episode and according to what I’ve seen/heard, it’s solely Regina and Henry focused in the flashback
