RumplesGirl
KeymasterShe has Jasmine’s hair that is for sure. But the idea of being someone to watch and given such importance makes her seem like she might be more than just a pretty face. However, she is paler than Jafar (Naveen) for sure, though that could be the stark black hair and red lips.
In other words I have no idea.

KeymasterI just re-watched a segment of 2×21 “An Apple Red as Blood” and HE is right. Snow definitely has a sword in that episode as her weapon of choice. So, at some point prior to Prince Charming being taken captive, Snow learned how to use a sword. Maybe she learned to sword-fight as the only child and heir to King Leopold’s kingdom, especially since she became a daddy’s girl after her mother’s death. While perhaps unorthodox for a princess to learn fighting skills, as a crown princess, Leopold might have given his daughter extra “male” training should she ever need to defend herself and her kingdom.
It’s also possible that RH taught her to use more than just a bow and arrow. He might be known for being a fantastic shot, but he was also a great swordsman. Even in the Disney cartoon, Fox RH used a sword. He just an all around weapons expert. So we could adjust our timeline to say that RH taught Snow how to shoot and the basics of sword fighting between 5-4 years BC.

KeymasterOk, bow and arrow trade offs with timeline. BC = before curse.
between 5-4 years BC = RH (we think) teaches Snow how to use a bow and arrow
3 years BC = Regina asks Rumple to turn her into a peasant to find Snow, Snow already knows how to use the bow and arrow (it HAS to be a different bow and arrow though because she doesn’t officially get RH’s old bow and arrow for about another year)
3 years BC = RH has the bow and arrow for the events of Lacey
3years BC = Rumple has the bow and arrow after the events of Lacey
2(ish) years BC = Rumple gives Snow RH’s old bow which she tries to use to kill Regina

KeymasterSnow learns to use her bow and arrow before the events of The Evil Queen which was (I think) a year or so before she woke up from her sleeping Curse and about 3 years before the Dark Curse was cast. If this shot is her after she woke up from her sleeping curse then she already knows how to use a bow and arrow

KeymasterShe had a green cloak in 103, which is what I think HappyEndings is taking about

KeymasterI still can’t understand why Rumble or Regina can’t make the weapons, looks like Rumble can make a new outfit but what no weapons?
Oh I’m sure they could. And I’m sure they will. But this is a poetic thing. This is a bonding moment between Hook and Emma. This is TV emotional drama compared to TV magic convenience.

KeymasterSo timeline wise…when is the newest photo of Bandit Snow? Because from the Evil Queen to An Apple as Red as Blood is at least a year possibly more if Belle had just come to live with Rumple in 219.
I think the newest photo of Bandit Snow is after Prince Charming awakens Snow from the sleeping curse and after he proposes to her in 1×22 when Snow says they will take back the kingdom, but before they actually do so in “The Cricket Game.” My primary reason for saying so is based on a spoiler that we will see the Evil Queen reaction to Snow waking up. That would mean Snow and Charming, newly engaged, would still be on the run from Regina before they manage to unite troops again Regina and King George.
I agree. So this still is from 302, and she puts back on her bandit clothing but a more regal looking outfit to go to war. Makes sense. HappyEndings and I were talking about this but Snow has a sword. Typically we see her with a bow and arrow. I wonder where it is?

KeymasterTHAT blade does look to me like it could be the one that Emma’s carrying around with her Starbucks. Whether or not it’s the same thing she’s holding in the other pic, I’m inclined to say it’s not that long, but agree that the angle could be deceiving. Whatever the weapon is that he’s given her in that scene though, I do think it’s something he once gave to Bae. Hook is speaking, and Emma’s holding it carefully and listening intently. That means there’s some information that goes along with that particular weapon. That would fit with something along the lines of, “I gave this to Baelfire once, during the short time he lived on the ship, and I taught him how to fight.” Then Hook will smile sadly at the memory and I’ll collapse in a pile of FEELS. And Emma will look at it and have a moment, because she believes Neal is dead, and here’s an object that he touched and she’s touching it too, and I’ll officially be a puddle of FEELS on the floor.
Agreed. I think the first step with Hook and Emma is bonding over their feels of Nealfire and I think in that shot of the two of them, Hook is explaining Neal’s time aboard the JR.
