A couple of people have had that theory based on the blue coat Belle was wearing in ASOTM. But…I doubt it a lot. We know Belle is going to be on Rumple’s mind a lot in NL but I think it’s going to be more poetic than this doll thing. In my headcanon, his conscious takes physical presence in the shape of her. .

We know the sun rises and the sun sets, which is how we determine celestial time, from day to day. But we do not know if there are 24 hours in a day or 31 or 14, for example. Celestial time could move slower or faster, though, if they gave Wendy that line in SSTR, then I’m betting it’s supposed to be a nice big clue.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"I think the spoilers concerning this arc are beginning to confuse the living daylights out of me. So here is what we know/have heard/what I remember. Correct me if I’m wrong!
–Regina will get a new love interest
–Most speculation is that it is RH who is going to be in SB with Belle in present day
–The new love interest will be introduced very quickly in the season, but they never said he would be introduced WITH Regina
–The love story between Regina and the mystery figure would be tragic
–RH has a multiple episode arc (at least 4 episodes, I believe)
–Regina will most likely be in NL until at least episode…6, though I predict 11 is the coming home episode.
–303 is a Regina episode, and based of D23, we think it’s about her reaction to Snow waking up.
–RH was on set, based on his tweets, for 302/303From this I conclude that I know absolutely nothing.
Seriously. I think they are giving RH something to *do* to reintroduce him to the audience by having him assist Belle but his real story will begin in the second half of the season when Regina is back home.
And there is this from Adam just now. They are talking about RH

I was wondering something similar, if perhaps the location of Henry (and Bae at 14) prevented Rumple from using their names. The are “lost” after all in a place that is fueled by imagination and belief. There may be limitations on Rumple’s magic.EDIT:

Rumple’s line at the end of ASOTM about PP being “someone we all should fear” kind of conflicts with Rumple say “I’m not afraid of anything” at the end of Desperate Souls after he became the Dark One. What if PP is Rumple’s childhood boogeyman?
Don’t know about boogeyman but those two lines together to me mean that Rumple for sure went to NL *after* he became the Dark One. I think before is debatable.

Anything is possible but thus far there is no evidence that Bae can do anything with the Wraith or that he has any kind of power over it.
As for the second thing you propose, maybe? I could see it happening, but that’s a new character and they are trying to streamline the entire season, only introduce characters that are necessary to the overall season, no in one or two episodes but serve no larger purpose."He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"For me, it would be too repetitive to use the dream as a communication tool. Snow said the dreams fade in time and I’m with Daniel when he said in one of the podcasts that the dream thing has to be gone now.
I wonder how much time it does take for that ability to fade? They never said. I’m curious to know. I wasn’t enthralled with the red room when we saw it, but out of all the possibilites @HappyEndings is proposing, it seems like the best. But I really liked what Phee was saying in the chat. Phee? As for the necklace that Emma through down I don’t recall Bae ever picking it up and why would he keep it at that time he loved Tamara.
Jefferson said the slippers had already left for another world. We don’t know what world, but based on the story of Oz, it was probably out world, but not SB. SB did not exist yet. Most of what was in Rumple’s castle is now in his shop, but even if it wasn’t, Bae doesn’t know about that castle. He left long before Rumple got it.
He has the necklace the last time we saw it. And he thought he loved Tamara but he clearly loved Emma too. He didn’t just fall back in love with her when he was about to fall through the portal.
