And she must have died a few years prior to the casting the Curse in order to have Robin ready to move on.

Since I’m still clinging to the theory that Tamara is the daughter of Robin Hood and Marian, I hope for Regina’s sake, that Regina doesn’t murder Robin’s long-lost daughter.1) Agreed. And doesn’t that fit nicely into our Tamara theory. If Marian died at the hands of magic, like Regain, boy would Tamara hate magic.
