I was wondering this as well. He magicked the globe on board, so there is no reason why he couldn’t also magic his dagger. But if you’re going to a place with a villain far worse than anything encountered thus far, would you risk it? If Belle is cloaking the town can THO (who presumably already know how to get to SB from GOAT) still get in and take it?

If Belle does leave SB for her own adventure then she needs to leave someone in charge: the BF is the highest magical authority but Whale would know more science than anyone.

He didn’t try to bargain with him nor was he concerned about leaving him behind. I can’t believe we have to go the rest of the summer without some much needed Neal/Hook interaction. OMGold…we have to go longer because Neal is in FTL.

He keeps telling everyone that they’ll be pleasantly surprised with what they have in store for her. I think she’ll be a lookout for an episode or two, but I really suspect she’ll be leaving to embark on her own adventure in FTL to find Neal by episode 6 and then the Rumbelle reunion will be in time for holiday break.
Dr. Whale coming back is interesting. I figured we’d see him one more time at least but now I’m wonder in what regard. I thought for sure that his knowledge of science meant he might be working with the Home Office until it was revealed who THO are.

I can see that situation as well. Even if she doesn’t go through with it, there is no doubt in my mind that she’ll consider it–seriously consider. She’s still Regina, even if she’s starting out on her true path to redemption, she’ll always have the EQ inside her.
