Hook has a photo of Mulan(sp) that he carries around, checking with a 3rd person to see if this is the right kid every time doesn’t make sense and that comment that Felix made that PP will find him or something to that effect doesn’t make sense that PP is the leader. The “office” had to be someone or something that can easily be contacted, PP seems to work at night time who works during the day shift then ❓

Milah* was Hook’s girlfriend. And that’s totally different. That was for sentimental reasons, she had just died. It’s natural that he’d be carrying around a picture of the woman he loved. Showing us looking at that picture is to remind the audience of Milah and why Hook hates Rumple but might be inclined to be OK with Bae.

I guess I’m having hard a time understanding what you’re getting at. The way I think this works is this:

–Peter Pan has the gift of sight. He sees the future. He had a vision that he needs Henry for something (we don’t know what, though we can speculate). Peter, like many high power commanders, doesn’t “do the dirty work” but relies on his followers. Peter has drawn a picture of Henry and has given it to his followers, who are under the leadership of Felix.
–Peter sends his Shadow out (I doubt Peter actually leaves NL himself) to collect children. The Shadow brings the children to Felix where they check to see if the boy is Henry. The Shadow is just a Shadow: it’s malevolent and creepy, but it doesn’t have independent thought: it can’t pick Henry out of a crowd and it the meantime Peter or NL need the boys shadows, so that’s why they continue to bring them to NL.
–Like I said before, the scene of the spare Lost One showing Felix the picture of Henry isn’t for Felix: it’s for the audience. It’s setting up what S3 is about. Yes, Felix has probably seen that picture dozens of times before, but it’s not about that. It’s about the mystery and arc of S3.

As to your day shift/night shift question: the Shadow works at night, it hates the light as we saw in SSTR. I’m assuming Peter is around during the day, or probably all the time but he can’t leave NL (can’t leave or doesn’t want to I’m not sure yet).

I would by someone controlling Peter Pan, but thus far the evidence of the last two episodes (GOAT–who works for the Home Office–taking Henry, PP wanting Henry and the utter creepiness of the Lost Ones and NL) seem to indicate that PP is behind just about everything.
Now as to the Home Office, I believe there are many branches in different worlds, all headed by different people but they all report to Peter.

If you have a photo to carry around you wouldn’t forget. I still think I am right PP is not the home office plus if Felix is PP right hand he doesn’t go through anyone but PP 😎

Maybe? But you have to consider that this is a TV show. The photo has to be there for the audience, it’s not really for the Lost Ones. The photo comes at the very last few mins of the episode–the season finale at that. It’s to entice the viewer to come back next season and figure out why PP wants Henry. Given that both PP and GOAT wanted Henry, and that GOAT was working for something called THO, when logically you can make the jump that PP = the Home Office.

Felix has people under him like I sketched out above, one of them is responsible for carrying the picture and they check every boy who comes to NL.

Yes I agree with the above. I think it might be useful to establish a chain of command, or hierarchy. From what we can tell as of the finale, this is how it looks top to bottom.

    Peter Pan
Felix (second in command, Peter’s right hand man, answers directly to Peter)
The other Lost Ones who took Bae (these men are obviously loyal to Peter and have no desire to leave NL, so far as we can tell, it’s possible they answer directly to Felix)
probably several other people here who we have not and will not meet. This could also include high ranking member of THO who have offices in other worlds, such as ours
GOAT (at the very bottom, not really aware of who they work for or what THO wants)

I do think Belle will be a stronger person by the time she is reunited with Rumple, but I don’t know if it’s going to come about because she learns magic. We’ve seen what learning magic does to a person: Rumple, Cora, Regina. While she may be open to Rumple using magic more now that she is both Lacey and Belle, I think she draws the line at using magic herself. I posted here about how I think Belle will play an integral part in getting Bae back to Rumple and I think that adventure will enhance her character.

lol, there probably is a thread, but it’s perfectly fine. There are probably 50 threads for this topic by this point and I don’t expect you to wade through them all. The only time I would redirect you is if there was an active thread about this already happening, so don’t worry.

    As to your theory

A couple people have had the idea that Henry is both PP’s and Rumple’s undoing and I like it but I think Rumple’s will be his own undoing by saving Henry from PP.
Also, I think GOAT are woefully misinformed about their mission. They think they are working for an anti-magical operation, but now that we know (apparently) that PP heads this Home Office, they can’t be anti-magical at a deeper level given PP’s propensity to rip people’s shadows from their body.
I think PP is going to try and Henry’s Shadow (because it’s very speical) but Rumple will step in and stop PP and give up his own Shadow (at least the Dark One’s shadow), thus losing his magic.

I do like parallels. But the Lost Ones don’t seem overly controlled, they seem like they ones doing the controlling.

    That works too. 😆 😆

I wonder if I would have like the Lacey storyline more if the resolution hadn’t been rather bizarre. While watching the scene in the moment I loved it (and still do) but I hated that it was this blue potion that had August’s hair in it. We had put together better theories here at the forum! Like the well water from Lake Nostos, or the fail safe destroying the Curse and thus the memory line. But Plot Device Blue Fairy struck again! I’m so happy to have Rumbelle back but the potion bothers me (though, glad to see that Chip is alive)

Yes, he meant other outsiders. More of them will come because the town is not safe.

While I think it’s good to question why GOAT didn’t destroy that plant in Regina’s office it gives me hope that we’ll see it again and that Belle is going to use it to go save Bae.

In the official podcast for SOTM A and E said that he’s always loved Regina, he’s just doesn’t like her sometimes, which makes total sense in my head. She is his mother and like real families, we may not like what they do sometimes but we still love them.
I don’t need Henry to say I love you to Regina every time she almost does something really stupid and is stopped at the last second. She needs that, but I–as a viewer who can clearly see that Henry has always loved Regina–don’t. Remember in Broken, Henry begged Emma to prevent the town from killing Regina because “she’s still my mom!” But I’ve never been on board with hating Henry; I think he’s a very sweet child who really just wants a family and it’s hard for me to fault him for that. And like many 11yr olds, he often does drastic outlandish things because 11yr olds don’t see gray, they see black and white and take extreme measures. Would I have taken dynamite to blow up the well? No, but I’m 26 and see the world in a more nuanced way. Henry does not: he exists in extremes. Sometimes the writers put lines in his mouth that are just not worthy of a show like Once (like that horrible pizza line) but I don’t fault Henry for that.
The major problem that I hear is that people conflate Henry and Jared. My own best friend does this. After Welcome to Storybrooke, he told me that he hated Henry because he couldn’t stand the actor and I tried to explain to him why that didn’t make any sense. Jared has room to grow but I think it’s wrong to hate on a character just because of the actor.
