KeymasterI think we may see that story in S3. My hope is that Emma was looking for Neal. It also makes me wonder, in that same episode, Emma is talking with Ashley and she says
Emma: I was eighteen.
Ashley: When… When you had a kid?
Emma: Yeah. I know what it’s like. Everyone loves to tell you what you can and can’t do, especially with a kid. But ultimately, whatever you’re considering doing or giving up, the choice is yours.
Who was telling Emma to give up her baby? Was she thinking about keeping Henry? Did she go to Tallahassee to find Neal and tell him about Henry?

KeymasterI personally hold something similar to that theory, that Henry/Henry’s Shadow is needed to maintain whatever magic is keeping those who live in NL to age. It also makes sense given the traditional story of PP as the boy who never wanted to grow up.

Rumple and Belle just need some time together where they’re not fighting or arguing or falling out with each other or being separated. It works for Charming and Snow so why not Rumbelle?
Oh I agree. My heart is still broken over this. I’m hopeful that they’ll be reunited by winter break and then they can just be together for awhile. Let CaptainSwanFire have all the angst.

KeymasterYay Keb! *does this mean we’re going to have another 6 page debate over curtains?* 😆 😉

KeymasterWith regards to her clothing and makeup, I think this probably something to do with blending in. She can’t exactly go around wearing what the EQ wears in FTL in SB. Even if people are frozen in time, parading around in those outfits would raise some eyebrows.
Her voice is different, but it is still much closer to the EQ than anything else. I think she was trying to be a mix of Regina and the EQ.

Why didn’t Rumple give Emma the globe to use? Surely as Henry’s mother, Emma has a stronger bloodlink to Henry than Rumple as Henry’s grandfather does. Rumple could’ve then stayed with Belle in Storybrooke and helped protect the town.
Well, I don’t think there was any circumstance that would keep Rumple from setting sail. He didn’t go to NL because of the blood/globe thing, he went to honor Bae because he believes he is dead.
As to the globe and Emma: that’s a good point but I think it’s just a parallel thing. Rumple found Bae using it, now he’ll use it to find Henry."He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"RumplesGirl
Keymaster5) The home office is only 1 person
I’m not too sure about this one. I think THO has PP as the head, but it obviously has branches in many worlds, including ours. And I think KFC is right: GOAT really don’t know anything about THO. They are very low on the food chain.
6)Who knows if Rumple magic’d the book (like the globe) and other stuff before they left. They were visited by Belle, all blue’d up, so they can have any plot device stuff they need to have if it becomes important. We didn’t see them get supplies, doesn’t mean they didn’t get them.
This idea could also help with some lingering questions we’ve had like clothing in NL. Rumple, Regina and Emma can just magic stuff for the JR crew. If Emma really needs the book then she can magic it to her, I suppose. But PP wouldn’t be in there unless he is originally a FTL character.
13) Rumple wrote the curse–or did he? Maybe the curse is something Rumple found and twisted to his own ends, but it came from PP, for his own ends.
I like the way you wrote this because we know Rumple did not create the Curse, but he did put it together. The mystery of the Curse is for a later season, I’m sure.

KeymasterYay! I love Granny and would be very sad not to see her in both shows. She’ll probably threaten to cook the Rabbit because he destroyed her diner.

KeymasterWe all keep saying that they need to cast someone who is capable of pulling of being a teen, but what if that’s another change to the story? The Lost Ones (a deliberate name change perhaps) were not young boys. The youngest Felix might able to pass for is 22 or 23. What if Peter is also in his twenties? He and his lieutenants are older than the boys they capture. The boys are still young and “innocent” enough that their shadows are perfect for whatever PP does wit them.

KeymasterObisgirl alluded to this in another thread but I think Charming is going to get caught in the middle of Hook and Rumple. I think he’s going to be the one keeping the peace for the most part. He doesn’t particularly love either Rumple or Hook, but he does know that Rumple “fears” Charming so much as Rumple fears anyone. (In We Are Both, Rumple says that it’s Charming he worries about, not David Nolan, like Keb pointed out).
