KeymasterYes, the t-word for this portion of Emma’s life is a bit complicated.
I believe Emma could be easily persuaded to give up baby Henry, but I have to wonder if she did hesitate, just for awhile before THO stepped in, maybe in the guise of the AZ judicial system."He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"RumplesGirl
KeymasterIf PP is a “good guy” then I’m going to need a really exact and precise reason for why he’s holding crying boys hostage and ripping shadows from them. H and K have said they want to do PP and NL different from all the other adaptations. PP in those is the boy who didn’t want to grow up but he’s not evil or bad, he’s just the very embodiment of childhood. However Once’s take is already far darker: older more sinister Lost Ones, crying children, ripping shadows, and even the Pirates seem scared of PP. I don’t think he’s going to be a good guy.

KeymasterFelix, after dismissing Bae because he wasn’t Henry, said “it may take time but Peter Pan never fails” when asked by the other Lost One if they’ll ever find the right boy that HE wants. Therefore, semantically, Peter Pan wants Henry. Also, because GOAT made it clear that Henry was more important to the people they work for, we assume GOAT is working for Peter Pan (though I doubt they know that). Here’s the clip of the final scene http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uRbG42dmGCw
I think the hunt for Henry has been going on for some time because I think PP has the gift of sight but maybe was unable to see exactly when Henry would be born.

KeymasterI can see Belle being more open to magic now that she and Lacey are “both” but I agree with Obisgirl, she’s not going to take it up as a hobby. Also, the books in the library are not just magic books. It’s an actual library wit actual books. If anything, Rumple’s house may have some magic books. Mostly I think Librarian Mayor Queen Belle will go about 6 episodes (and we’ll see her and SB for maybe 3 of those episodes) before she leaves to find Bae.

KeymasterWith the idea floating around the THO had something to do with Henry’s adoption, if Emma was pressured to give up Henry, I’d bet THO sent an “agent” to convince her.

KeymasterPerhaps that’s why they changed the name to the Lost Ones, instead of boys.
Casting of Freya was odd at first but I’m more convinced now it’s because she ended up going back to NL a few years after Bae left the Darlings."He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"RumplesGirl

Even if we don’t meet Ariel right away, I at least demand to see her tail flipping upon the surface as Hook’s ship appears at the horizon and Emma gets her first glimpse of a mermaid.
Agreed! Technically they wouldn’t even need an actress for that role, it *could* be CGI-ed.
