I do love that first pic of Charming and Hook.
I think is going to prove himself invaluable in S3. I think he and Rumple have a very uneasy alliance/truce (that may or may not hold) but that for the moment is holding. I can easily see Charming and Hook becoming “friends.” They both have that dashing romantic hero-ness about them. It strikes me that Hook is a mix of Rumple AND Charming. Like I said the romantic hero of Charming but the cunning out-for-himself-ness of Rumple. I finally started to warm up to Hook as a character in the season finale, so I hope that continues.

Alice is supposedly locked up in mental instituiton in Victorian England. Is that meant to be the real Victorian England – meaning she’s from the 19th century – or the Victorian England of her story?

Anyway, yes, I imagine it’d be possible that they’d be on the hunt for an Ariel now if they start filming mid-July and she’ll be early on in the season, which, given the mermaid anvils in the last 2 eps, is probably a reasonably safe bet.
I’d look more for the time Mulan and Aurora’s casting calls came, since they were the first to be cast for season 2. 🙂

It may be a conspiracy. It seems a wee bit early, doesn’t it? Unless she’s in the first episode of S3, which begins shooting in July. Then that would make sense.

They’ve alluded to mermaids twice now in NL and our heroes need some allies in the region as they are currently alone.

I’m not sure how the new forums will work once Daniel does his major overhaul or what it will look like, but if it looks anything like it does now, Matt and myself will continue to update the first page of the promo and sneak peeks pages as we get new things.
Also, I can answer the promo vs. sneak peek question.
A promo is a 30-45 second clip that mashes various scenes of the upcoming episode together. It generally occurs right after the current episode ends. We normally get two: a USA one and a Canadian one.
A sneak peek is a 1-2 min moment from the show. They often come out of order. I also consider the spoiler tweets to be sneak peeks so they go there as well. Usually we get 5 or 6 clips and 4 or 5 script tweets.I try to redirect people as much as possible when it comes to new threads if there is an existing thread and Matt and I have started making the sneak peek threads a day or two in advance to let people know that there should only be one thread.
As for Twitter: it’s a monster and often times the tweets can go in multiple places which is why we let people post them anywhere, unless it obviously belongs someplace else."He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"
