While I don’t know when S3 officially starts, it will be splint into two parts. The first half will run from Sept-Dec, probably airing between 10-12 uninterrupted episodes (or only one interruption). It will then take a 3 month break for the Olympics and typical winter break during which a reality show will air. It sounds like a long break, but it should help the over all ratings. It will then come back in March and run 11-12 uninterrupted episodes until the season finale in May. This is to help with the hiatus issue that caused our ratings to take a beating. As of right now we do not know if the season will be 22 episodes or 24. Matt, my fellow Mod, made this mock up schedule of what S3 could look like:

    301 – September 22nd, 2013
    302 – September 29th, 2013
    303 – October 6th, 2013
    304 – October 13th, 2013
    305 – October 20th, 2013
    306 – October 27th, 2013
    307 – November 3rd, 2013
    308 – November 10th, 2013
    309 – November 24th, 2013
    310 – December 1st, 2013
    311 – December 8th, 2013
    312 – December 15th, 2013
    3 month winter break
    313 – March 9th, 2014
    314 – March 16th, 2014
    315 – March 23rd, 2014
    316 – March 30th, 2014
    317 – April 6th, 2014
    318 – April 13th, 2014
    319 – April 20th, 2014
    320 – April 27th, 2014
    321 – May 4th, 2014
    322 – May 11th, 2014

Unless they do something right quick at the start of S3 to show that Sneaky Fairy is Sneaky, I think she’ll always be Plot Device Blue Fairy is Plot Device-y.

If she had her long hair still, yes she might be able to pull of the red hair, but her hair is currently super super super short and I hesitate about wigs. The wig EdR wore for example was fine for one episode but I’m so glad EdR grew out her hair and dyed it for the future because the wig wouldn’t have worked out.
And I agree with Kat, she does come with a whole heck of a lot of drama. She might bring in viewers, though. I kind of like the idea of an unknown, though. We’ve had a lot of people on our show get picked up for more prominent roles after they worked on OUAT.
And I also agree about the rabbit in WL. Seriously, ABC. Lemme buy a stuffed version of that cutie.

Oh, I agree 100% with you Keb. Regina made her own choices. She chose to become like Cora. But I just remember after “We Are Both” people were saying that Regina wasn’t really evil, she was just being used. I don’t want people to say the same about Rumple. He needs to own up to what he’s done and pay for it (though I think in many ways, he is paying for it now). We can’t just sweep everything under the rug and say “he was being manipulated.” Rumple also made his own choices.

If this is all true, that Peter:
    –wrote the book
    –planned basically EVERYTHING

then: how old is HE?! I mean wow. He’s gotta be at least 300 to match Rumple, if he’s in cahoots with the BF then probably older.
A lot of people have been tossing around the idea of him being the original Dark One and it may have some merit if he’s truly old.

Oh, good point- that may be how he knew. I’ve always wondered why we never saw a Grumpy/ Belle reunion in Storybrooke.

Hoping we get some Grumpy/Belle conversations BFF’s in SB in S3.

Few thoughts as I read through, might be jumbled.

–I believe Peter is going to have the ability to see the future. Absolutely. We can go in circles talking about time travel but at the end of the day the simplest answer is that he can see into the future. So I’m with you on this one
–I’ve always loved the idea of BF being Tinkerbell because I don’t know why we would introduce an entirely new character when we already have a fairy to play with. Now, I’ve never been a big fan of Tink or the BF so I like combining them. In love with Peter, that’s an interesting twist. It might explain why she was so anti-Grumpy and Nova.
–I think the Home Office has branches in many worlds, including ours. Peter may be the CEO who works out of the main division in NL, but they extend pretty far. I’m slowly coming round to the idea that they had something to do with Henry’s adoption, especially since Peter wants Henry.
–Rumple being manipulated this entire time. I both like it and hate it. To be fair, when it was revealed that Regina was basically Rumple’s pawn I really didn’t like it because it felt like an easy “out” to her redemption arc. The same could be said for Rumple. He has to redeem himself, not just have his faults and sins swept under the rug.

Overall, I think you’re right about the dots. They’re all going to be connected.

With regards to Lacey and Grumpy: it’s a small enough town that I’m sure by word of mouth everyone knew what happened with Belle. She wasn’t exactly low key. She was out in SB as Lacey and surely ran into people.
