Belle didn’t even really put up a fight. She just went along with it. And after Rumple was with Lacey and finally had Belle back, you would think he wouldn’t be able to part with her. It just seems out of character all in all.
When he brought her back, he even said, “I’m sorry I woke you up to die, but I needed you.”
There was NO REASON to send her away.

To be honest, I’m not that much of a Rumbeller, but really, come on. If they are endgame, then just let them be already. I’m tired of them just making excuses to keep them apart for no good reason.

Yes and No.
Emma and Neal were together for a short time this season. Belle was introduced in 1×12 as his true love, kept apart until 1×22, broken up in 2×4, semi back together until 2×11 when she was shot, had a nice little moment in 2×16, turned into Lacey in 2×19, became Belle again in 2×22 and then was separated in the same episode."He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"The picture of Henry thread and the “Why do the Lost Boys Want Henry” all have similar conversations going on.
