This is one of the reasons why I DON’T want Bae to be Peter Pan. His character would no longer be unique if he turns out to really be one of the most iconic storybook characters of all time.
That’s actually a really good point and one I hadn’t considered. It would change the nature of Bae pretty dramatically. Suddenly there are expectations about what he’s supposed to be doing. And if Tamara really is Tink or Tiger Lily, people might argue that he should be with one of the them since it's the more normal approach to his story You’ve given me something to think about going forward with NealFire.

Hope he realizes that a lot of us love & appreciate him for giving us a show we can love and be passionate about. We’re not all crazy…or at least, not hateful crazy. We do love our Once Upon A Time. 😉
I’m convinced Adam Horowtitz is one of the nicest guys on the planet. Not only does he respond to those hateful tweets but he takes time out from, let’s face it, an insane schedule of being a show runner, to ask if we’d like to ask him any questions and then he actually responds. I don’t know of many show runners or stars who would do that.
I don’t have much against season two. Now, granted, I’m not a casual viewer (as evidenced by the insane amount of time I spend on this site talking to all of you…). I will admit that it needs to be a bit more streamlined, but if you had asked me at this time last year where the season one finale was going I wouldn’t have had any idea. This year, I feel like I actually know a bit more (via spoilers but also because of the stories their telling). I think next season is going to be awesome. If they can cut down on the less-than-helpful filler episodes, or at least make them a bit more relevant, and really sell Neverland, we will be in good shape.
Not to mention to stop all of the haters on that site for making fun of Once’s declining ratings. Seriously, Once deserves to get a nice looking rating again, especially with an episode like this!
I refuse to look at the comments on that webpage. I check ratings and that’s all. Doing anything more makes me very angry.

We need a big jump in numbers for this episode, if only to make the die hard fans stop freaking every Monday morning when we look at bythenumbers.com.

We care about the characters, we defend those we love, we see things through different filters and we look for clues pointing to why it should be one or the other and what makes sense to us. It gives us something to fight for. Even the canon True Love couples have their fans as well as those who hate them. To each their own.

Until then, Emma is and always has been a NEW character with no pre-determined definite guy. They’ve always said they were throwing possible love interests her way and that she’s got a lot to work through etc. Also we’re a long way from endgame regardless.
I do agree with you there. Emma’s not a set in stone fairy tale. And neither is Bae. What makes them so unique is 1) there are no Emma or Bae fairy tales to begin with and 2) they grew up in a land without magic. Where “true love” isn’t so commonplace as it was in FTL. I think this gives the writers a lot of paths to follow. Hence Tamara, CaptainSwan, Gremma, and anything else they might throw at those two. SwanFire might be endgame, but as you said…it’s only S2.
And I gotta ask, being a die hard LOST fan myself, what couple were you not happy with? I have a feeling I can guess cause it’s probably the triangle where you were either totally one or the other….

Hook is going to tell Bae about Milah at some point. He has to. If he can’t kill Rumple, then destroying Rumple’s chance of a reunion with Bae would be the next thing on Hook’s list.
I agree with you on the second part. Hook’s revenge first went after Belle, the place where Rumple keeps his heart, so next on the list would be Bae. EXCEPT if Hook and NealFire have met before and have a different relationship than the one we might expect from Peter Pan and Hook. Hook doesn’t seem like the antagonist of Neverland, he seemed to have been a friend to the Lost Boys, and perhaps a father figure to NealFire Pan. So if that’s the case, would he still go after Bae?

Everyone else might give in, evenly Snow, but Emma won’t. The fact that she is true love incarnate and obviously super powerful if not learned in the arts yet, I think does mean that she’ll make the right choice but I do think it will be hard. Darkness and it’s power are easier.

Exactly. And nothing shows that more than this show. Everyone we thought was “evil” and everyone we thought was “good” has both inside them. Everyone, even Cora, are delicate shades of grey instead of out right black or white. And Emma’s not “purely good”: she’s done questionable things. She’s stole, she lied, and so forth. Not saying she isnt a victim of certain circumstances but I do think we need to be careful about who we label as purely good and purely evil. (except the Blue Fairy… 😉 )
