You know when it really comes down to it, i just can’t hope for anything for this show anymore. That there might be some intricate long con plot thing going on. I just have no hope. My only hope is that it just doesn’t get any worse at this point. Even that seems impossible most of the time.

It does show that 1) the writers are actually writing these nice character building, character exploring moments instead of neglecting them wholly and 2) that sometimes a timeline question or a myth question is actually answered and understood by the writers. In other words, their incompetence is called into question because the two most common things to complain about (poor character, poor world building) are actually given consideration in the writers room.
However, I will absolutely grant that if those two things above are gained, it’s a serious and unquestionable loss that when push comes to shove, they are choosing to cut those things instead of slimming down their narrative/plot.

My guess is it’ll be a combination of camera tricks and visual effects.
Or they won’t explain it because they are hoping no one will notice. We, the non-GA fans, will notice. The GA fans might think something is amiss but they won’t be able to tell you what is wrong (if they eve notice).

Yeah seriously. He and Drew sorta vanished for the whole episode. I really hope they didn’t create Blair and Drew just to be the “others” and that they play no role.

–Wow, the writers actually did a bit of research. Malphas is an actual figure in demonology.
–Shocking. Holyoake isn’t really bad. And man was that scene cheesy. Where did the guys in the masks even come from?? They like popped out of nowhere right behind the people in white. And all Holyoake does is go “no. stop. it’s a purification ceremony.” And really, all those white robed people died and no one managed to fight off one masked guy and get away? Uhuh.
–Jessie’s mom is the worst.
–The final 5 mins were actually pretty cool. FINALLY Amy has some sort of personality. Shame it has to be because of possession. So when did she actually get possessed? When she was struck by lightening?
