RumplesGirl
KeymasterRumbelle. Rumbelle. Rumbelle. RUMBELLE.

KeymasterI agree. She is slowly becoming the Snow we met in “Snow Falls” with her awesomeness. I really loved the scene between MM and Regina. It was the perfect comeback; MM could have really laid into Regina (and been in the right) but she forgives her. AND it’s ironic since this whole situation of SB/FTL/displaced story characters is because Regina could not forgive a 10yr old SW for trying to help Regina and Daniel, but SW can forgive Regina for trying to frame her for murder.

KeymasterIt’s an interesting thought about what happened that first day in SB. Did all our FTL characters just wake up (except David) and think they were their SB characters and go about their day like it was no big deal? I’d really like to know. Was their some sort of transition period where Regina had to get everything in place? How did she make the effects of the curse so specific? Did she have to do something to ensure that she would be Mayor? Or that Rumple would have “comfort” which is what he requested? What about Belle? How did Regina ensure that she wound up in the basement ward? I keep thinking that the season finale will not have any FTL flashbacks, but rather will show us the first few hours/days in SB.

KeymasterI agree with some of what is being said. I think we are getting way too stuck on age. We know that some magic give the wielder a sort of immortality (Rumple) so it follows that it might be possible for Cora to have extended her life as well. Perhaps that was one of the deals she made with Rumple, long long long long long life.

KeymasterI gave this theory in the chat right after the show tonight, but I am starting to think that Bae was Cora’s first born and Rumple took him as his form of payment for helping her spin gold. In the Fairy Tale, the woman gets to keep her child. But we all know the creators love to tweak these tales. So, because she cannot guess his name, she gives up her child to Rumple who raises him as his own. At some point Cora needs magic/power/wealth/ ect and makes more deals with Rumple. She will never be finished paying Rumple off, so when Regina kills her mother (which I think Regina HAS to do in order to become truly evil) all of Cora’s debt goes to Regina. Except in Regina we have a woman who is a match for Rumple. So they make deals with one another. Always trying to get one leg up on the other. It’s a constant power struggle for years but never fully malicious until the events of Skin Deep. After Rumple is lead to believe that Belle has died, due in part to Regina, it is a full on war and he will stop at nothing to foil her plans. Including allowing her to believe that she is enacting the Dark Curse and that there is no cure or hope for the FTL characters.

KeymasterMy BF just got finished watching the episode and he pitched an idea. Are Regina and Jefferson somehow related? He seems to think they might be half siblings. I told him I’d pitch it to the forum and see what people thought. I’m inclined to not believe it. I think they have a history but I was reading it as more intimate and less sibling.

KeymasterI think she did too, hjbau. Something tells me we haven’t seen the last of it.

KeymasterHere is what I keep coming back to: does this mean at least one person in each “world” has a hat? Because the Queen of Hearts and Regina knew each other. Is it possible the other worlds have traveled to FTL? And what would happen if they try now? What if they are searching for the inhabitants of FTL?
As far as how did Regina and Henry Sr. get back to FTL…my guess is that by exiting through the door of the world from which you originate is the same as “flying” up the hat. Your door will take you out of your hat and back into your world. I would have loved to see it though, for confirmation.

KeymasterAnd I quote: “Ugh…I hate Wonderland…” That made me laugh so hard.
Worst: Making it look like Gold was working with Regina. I REFUSE TO BELIEVE IT!

KeymasterI refuse to believe that Mr. Gold is working with Regina. I think he and Emma worked out some sort of plan last episode that we did not get to see. It will play out later in the season. But I think that Gold/Rumple’s main agenda ever since Belle was to take down Regina in whatever he could, even if it meant seeming to help her out and work with her (ie: giving her the curse and telling her how to make it work) because it was part of HIS plan.
