I think that was part of what got people so upset. JMo and Emilie made a joke about how standing next to Colin/being touch feely/whatever are part of her official instructions.
Upset that such an instruction was issued or upset that it wasn’t of JMo’s own free will?
The former from what I can tell. People were angry that the magazine/interviewer was treating her like an object, forcing her to drape herself on Colin, be near Coin, ect. I still haven’t seen a video of this interview.

They don’t seem to even know why Aladdin is a Savior—probably have’t read that script yet.
If this season is honestly more introspective and self reflective then it will get quite a bit of good will from me. I’ve wanted that for a long time. But I also know that they can’t resist bringing off their shiny.

Having just watched the interview in question, that wasn’t what they said. They said that Emma wasn’t the first savior, and that Aladdin was only a savior. No specific mention of Aladdin being the first one.
You’re right. I rewatched, my bad. But I’m still not sure how this goes with the timeline unless someone busted Jafar out of his lamp? And again…he’s a completely different person.
Which is…confusing. So what exactly is a “Savior” now? Is it like, a generic title like the word hero, or is it a specific thing (the ultimate one to break the curse or whatever). I mean, technically Regina was referred to as the savior at one point during the Zelena arc if I recall so I guess this shouldn’t be surprising. But Aladdin seems official, like Emma, in this savior role. Like he is THE savior of something, not just a hero.
Yes this is also something I’m struggling with because Emma’s the savior due to two things: her parents ultimate TL and Rumple putting a drop of that TL on to the Dark Curse ensuring she’d be the one to break it. So how is Aladdin a Savior of anything?

What is she even thinking? He’s married…to someone else! Does she have no boundaries or awarness of how that will feed the mandess of the “Colifer” crap? It’s already happening.
Well. Apparently she was forced to sit like that. Or ordered. It’s unclear and mostly everyone is just yelling right now but it sounds like whatever interview it was from told her to sit on his lap (ET or EW, no one knows right now). It’s getting seriously ugly on Twitter.

Ironically, Naveen is actually older than Fehr. Naveen is 47, while Fehr is 45.
Nothing in my world makes sense and I give up trying to guess. I’m with @Kranen at this point; WL was 100% separate from OUAT
