I think the broadcast companies have found other ways of measuring viewership and 7 day readings are one of them. YOUNGER viewers stream or watch DVR on demand viewing …. those numbers get added … when it is 50 to 70% increase … that is a lot of people…. THE DVR and streaming numbers have been increasing over the last 5 years … I think same day viewers are composed of families watching together while the DVR and streaming viewers tend to be more individuals and single person viewers. WHAT DO YOU THINK ???
They have found new ways but Ad buyers don’t care. Streaming means nothing to them and they actually hate it (there are no ads in streaming); DVR is fine but you can fast foward (so less money). On Demand is good because it forces you to watch ads.
It’s all about the ads, Nonnie. It always has been. It doesn’t matter what OUAT does in streaming. The Ad Buyers could care less.

Yeah I have a lot of problems with this as well. And now they are going to insert a magical baby to fix the problems (when apparently Rumple’s previous baby wasn’t good enough???).
A lot of times, in the real world, when a marriage is as rocky as Rumbelle’s, adding a baby is the worst thing you can do. It makes both parents feel trapped because now they have to stay together “for the kids” no matter how much mommy and daddy should really split up and try to figure out their lives, issues, ect.

Yes, it tries to remove a lot of the blame Milah (and to a much lesser extent, Hook) shoulder and instead placed it on Rumple’s shoulders. Suddenly Milah isn’t just bored and unhappy; suddenly she’s been denied her own agency over her future.

I could try to rationalize it with it having something to do with Emma; maybe the appearance of a Savior has dulled his powers and Hades is just trying to talk tough to get people to do as he pleases.
But it’s more likely that my questions are pointless.

Well yes she consented and it is Rumple not some other guy, but she doesn’t have all the facts. She is believing something about Rumple and he’s deliberately keeping vital information about himself that would likely change Belle’s perception of him, from her. She doesn’t know, in the emotional sense, who she is sleeping with.
