If Neal does appear in 512, I would think the reason they haven’t confirmed it is because his appearance was intended as a surprise.
Yes. Though, gotta wonder why they think Neal is a big surprise. They’ve announced everyone from the SUPER BIG (Pan, Cora, Cruella) to the incredibly minor (The Blind Witch). Neal being in the Underworld makes sense (even if I don’t particularly want to see him paraded around again), just like it makes sense to see Pan and Cora. And if they’re hoping that Neal will appeal to angry fans/ GA/ whatever then keeping him a secret is not the way to go.

I don’t think they would have, lest they bring down hellfire from angry CS fans.
The most angry fans can do is yell at them on Twitter. Which angry fans do no matter what. So no; they wouldn’t NOT tell us just because of some Twitter yelling.

If not, it could mean he’s indoors shooting either for the current episode or doing work from the 100th. Or it could mean that he’s not filming. Nothing to do but wait

That’s interesting. They often use lyrics or passages from books for titles (Quite a Common Fairy, New York City Serenade, ect) so maybe. The episode is Dorothy/Zelena centric so maybe it has something to do with that dynamic, what with Dorothy re-entering the picture, all grown up and a witch hunter.

But in this case, I do seriously doubt that A and E (and the two writers of this script) were hinting at anything. It likely has something to do with or is a fragment of a line uttered in the episode itself.
