I also like Regina’s outfit. LOL, though, at Snow’s pink pregnancy coat (why is it when the ladies get pregnant in real life, the costume department pulls out the pink coat?)
Having read the press release, I’m not so sure that PapaJones is actually alive so much as a ghostly type apparition that appears to Hook at Regina’s behest. All our PapaJones working for Hades theories might be killed (bad pun) on Sunday.

Same. That feels like a season 2 ending, after Mr. Freeze and Dr. Strange have been dealt with (though, obviously not for good since BabyBat does have to grow up someday and be BatMan)

Well, people *do* do that in relationships–especially in TV–but you’re right that it would call into question the validity of the relationship, at least in a sensible reality, which OUAT (and, okay, most TV) is not.
I’m not thrilled that he’s describing someone who not only insulted an belitted another person but is trying to, essentially, kill their partners’ family as “pissed off boyfriend” because it’s still being so heavily romanticized.

If the writers see just how well Belle is liked by the fans, where the thought that Belle won’t be in 5B sends fans into a frenzy, then the writers might decide to give Belle more meaningful screentime as they will see the character is more popular than they probably give her credit for.
she has been well received (and Rumbelle has been “frenized”) since she appeared. hasn’t changed her screentime at all.

Why? Why would this bring you any joy at all? It’s insulting to the character.
Neal wanted to be just that–Neal. He wanted to be the man who had been through pain and trauma and heartache because it taught him how to survive. And that’s what he was –a survivor. More than Hook with his stupid magic ring and his extended camping trip in Neverland, Neal actually survived and came out the other side a *good man*. He didn’t turn into a sociopath or a murderer, but he became a good man who made hard choices. That’s why we loved him. Bae is fine but Bae “died” the second Rumple let go of his hand and Bae had to learn how to survive. Turning Neal back into Bae is an insult to that character who had to learn to survive in a cold harsh world that said he wasn’t good enough for anything. It’s not Neal’s happy ending to be reverted back to being 14. It’s preposterous and WRONG. In his words, “I don’t want to be 14 again!!” What’s the point? He died as Neal, as a hero. He should stay that way. This is a way to placate fans who are angry that MRJ is never coming back and demand to know why Neal can’t be seen in the Underworld when soicopathic villain are cropping up left and right. It’s rewriting his entire character and his entire arc and everything that was good about him to satisfy fans who will fall for it because they are just happy with “shiny” without realizing what is really behind it or what it means for the character. That’s not Neal coming back. That’s only a prop for Rumple, Hook, and Milah, three people who don’t deserve any ounce of happiness at this point. Neal does deserve it but once again he got shafted so that A and E wouldn’t have to actually do their jobs and create a good story about good people who survive terrible things.
