Keymaster1. The Dark Swan isn’t the only new version of Emma we meet in the episode. A young Emma gets a surprising warning.
Yup. Merlin.
10. The final scene of the episode: WOW. (Prepare to ask Zelena for her time travel spell to get to episode 5×02.)
Dark One! Emma entering SB?

KeymasterEveryone seems to be giving it a good review–but that’s not uncommon. The professionals review types always give the season premiere a good overall score because they are playing to those of us who seek out that knowledge. But if @Kranen said it was good, then it has a bit more weight.

KeymasterThis was already spoiled by one of the promos. Definitely more SQ baiitng.
That’s exactly what it is. *sigh* CS is going to get the just rewards–true love confirmed, more than likely–but they are going to bait SQ on the side because their solution is to try for appeasement. But it comes across as bipolar on Emma (and the writers) part.
Ready for one last spoiler? Time travel.
No.

KeymasterWhat was the whole point of this baby fiasco then if it’s not to change Zelena for the better?
Because it’s tweetable and buzzworthy but with no emotion, heart, or follow through. Flash in a pan writing.

KeymasterHoly crowded poster, Batman. Also, you can tell that they took images from past seasons and mashed them together, with the exception of Emma. Like…why is Regina dressed as the EQ?

KeymasterI don’t mind Clara having all the answer. That’s one of the perks of traveling with the Doctor; you get really good at knowing what’s what and figuring out the Monster of the Week’s plan of action and being able to see things that the non-traveler cannot. That’s not actually uncommon to Doctor Who. Rose, Martha, Donna, Amy…they’ve all been clued in moreso than “professionals” or any one else around them. What bothers me (and I suspect others) is that with Clara last year they coupled that know-how with her being at the center of every story instead of the Doctor. It felt like the Clara Oswald show instead of Doctor Who
