I have to leave for the day but I’m having an emotional meltdown. It’s probably a good idea to get me away from the computer for awhile. I’m not going to survive this
Heather…when the scorecard updates, let us know!!!
We are so damaged by TV

KeymasterYou know, seeing that Henry will play a rather large role in the finale and many are predicting Rumple will die or be undone in some other fashion, I wonder if the prophecy will come back into play? We thought that Henry indirectly led to Rumple’s undoing, because the whole #SaveHenry arc led to Rumple sacrificing himself. However, the actual prophecy still may not have been fulfilled yet. If Henry becomes the new Author and reverses the AU, then that would likely negatively effect Rumple. Not only would Rumple’s plans be thwarted, but he would likely go back to suffering from his heart ailment.
If Henry literally undoes everything Rumple wanted and Isaac created then yeah, I’d say the prophecy comes back into play

Happy Thursday!!!
Or: the day RG’s death is scheduled to occur.
Any and all Ranchettes are required at 10 pm at the Ranch for hand holding and soothing.
Jo, make sure your TV thingy works.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Is this real life?!
I may vomit.

KeymasterGuess they realised that the ridiculous sounding “Operation Mongoose” wouldn’t exactly make for good promo for the masses.
Part of me wonders if the writers wished they had saved the title “Heroes and Villains” for the Season finale, rather than using it for the Mid-Season finale? Though they might have intentionally used the title as foreshadowing for the Season’s endgame. Even though they didn’t write the full script for the finale til months later, they already had an outline for the entire Season.
Yeah I sorta wished they had saved that title for now

KeymasterProblem is, OUAT did not do well with developing this female scholar archetype, which is quite sad, it would have been interesting and a nice alternative to the sassy Regina/tomboy Emma/motherly yet tough Snow etc.
Yes Belle became the “Sexy Librarian” in all the stereotypical 1980s Hollywood nerd-boy fantasy “glory”
I am honestly waiting for a scene of Belle leaning over, top two buttons undone and chewing on a pencil.
I could imagine Belle working as a kind of field-scholar from the sidelines, essentially gathering intelligence on Ogre culture
A la the Yaugui (I can never spell that right…)

KeymasterGosh, this! Rumple is a coward, while Belle is the real hero. He wants to be brave, like Charming, but he’s not
But Rumple knew this at one point. S2 phone to Belle when Cora was coming to kill him. It perfectly exemplifies that he knew that she was the real hero.
So part of me is still wondering if this might be the Author’s insertion. He is from the 1960s after all. Regina’s, Snow’s and Emma’s stories are better if they are reserve of who they are in the Real! SB! world…but Rumple’s story is better if Belle is super supportive and Rumple’s loving wife

KeymasterUltimately, I hope it does, but don’t have much hope after seeing Belle in the pretty princess dress.
True BUT I’d remind you that Emma dressed in a pretty princess dress (and danced at a ball) in the last season finale and then proceeded to save herself just as the guy was coming to rescue the damsel.

KeymasterI strongly disagree. Rumple is in awe of Belle, he loves her just the way she is.
We’ll see. But I think we’re purposely not seeing what Belle is like (in teasers) for this AU because she is a stay-at home housewife.
That’s possible but to be fair, the teasers of any sort almost never include Belle in any significant way.
