KeymasterAt least it’s a character we know and love and not something completely out of left field for the finale.
Yes agreed with that. And if it gives Bobby one final chance to play both Human!Rumple and CrazyDarkOne!Rumple then by god I’ll drink to that!

KeymasterBased on that promo, Rumple looks to be stabbing the Wish Realm version of himself with the dagger. Years and years ago I know people questioned what would happen if Rumple stabbed himself with the dagger–the paradox would likely overwhelm the curse and end both the Dark One’s curse and Rumple’s life. Maybe that’s how Rumple dies in the finale and reunites with Belle.

KeymasterBut how is Robin 18?
She’s not. She’s 25, as per “The Eighth Witch.” Maybe older, depending on Lucy’s current age (since she turned eight in that episode).
Sorry, I keep using 18 as a standard age, but yeah she’s older than 18. My bad.

KeymasterOkay all of that hurt my head but I guess Robyn’s age doesn’t make sense when you consider that they didn’t bother to age up Regina/Zelena (both of whom continued to live in SB for the entire time Henry was off growing up in EF 2.0) AND–this the big one–that Emma and Hook are only just now having a kid when Henry’s 30ish which makes Emma around 45-47ish (again no aging her up and the fact that while impossible it’s really hard for a woman to conceive a baby at that age).
I also still find it hard to believe that 12-15 yrs passed before Regina went looking for Henry.

KeymasterI agree I think this episode was written after they knew
Definitely.
Possibly if there was an eighth season in the offing we would’ve seen Facilier as the final villain of S7
Yes and next week’s episode likely would have been Facilier’s backstory and how and Regina know each other. Then the finale would have been about taking down Facilier and suddenly a wild Wish Rumple appears to end the season.

KeymasterThe idea of family doesn’t end in blood and we make our own communities and that’s what makes them special…it’s 100% OUAT and it helps remind us that be they heroes or villains, the need for communities and that no man is an island is a driving force for everyone.

KeymasterEFNS has sources at the heart of the show (hence why so many people use her for big stuff). So I trust her when she says:

KeymasterI’m worried about the execution because OUAT doesn’t often stick the landing when it does stuff like this, but Rumple wrestling with his demons–facing (literally) the man he was so he can prove that he’s not this kind of Rumple anymore? Sign me up. I’ll take it and be able to cry one more time over the character who stole my heart seven years ago.
