I’m not sure about the Kung fu panda association….but I’ve always noticed how the names of the operations reflect the names of military operations of the U.S throughout history.
If you just do a google search for ‘operation cobra’ it will give you info about the D-Day invasion of Normandy, etc.
Also, Operation Praying Mantis was the name given to the U.S attack in Iran in the late 1980s.
Operation Tiger was the rehearsal for the invasion of Normandy.

I have no idea how these nods to historical events have meaning for the plot or characters …but I definitely think the operation names have been modelled off these events because it’s too much of a coincidence that they are all operations carried out by the American army …some being related to each other like Operation Cobra and Operation Tiger.

That would be awesome if Ursula is the wraith (and possibly Tamara), I never thought of that!
I just remembered that the when they are fighting the wraith, Mary Margaret uses fire against it and it slinks away. I think Mulan also used fire….it makes sense that the wraith wouldn’t like fire if it is Ursula because Ursula is an underwater creature.

I’m leaning towards the theory that Neal/Bae gets his soul sucked out. It would explain why there appears to be blood on his hand in that spoiler pic – his hand could have been marked by the wraith’s medallion thing?
I also think that the wraith takes souls to Neverland which is where Neal will meet Aurora and Mulan who are retrieving Phillip’s soul. Reasons for this are:
    1. Neverland is a place where ‘lost’ things are sent – lost boys are taken there so why not lost souls?
    2. When the wraith was introduced, Mulan said something like the souls are “damned for eternity” once they are taken. Neverland is a place where time is at a standstill, meaning that the souls would literally be there for eternity.

In terms of Neal being taken there, there was this picture in his apartment of a grim-reaper which looks like the wraith:

But I’m not sure what all the 13s and playing cards mean…
