Yeah, I hope that while we know he took Emma’s money, that he also never spent it, had it the whole time, waiting for the right time to give it to Emma, if he hasn’t already.
No chance. Living in Phuket for however many years? (How old is Henry? I’ve forgotten) There’s strong circumstantial evidence that August lived large at Emma/Neal’s expense for that time.
Henry’s 11.

I’m cofussed about all Emma’s age when she gave birth to Henry discussion. I mean, in the pilot, in her 28th birthday, Henry was 10 already, wasn’t he? if so, then it is impossible for her to be 18 when he was born? :S :S.
I’ve brought this point up before elsewhere, and the only solution I’ve found is that Emma had Henry on her 18th birthday. When Henry showed up on Emma’s 28th birthday, it was also his birthday and he turned 10 that day. Or he was just rounding up because maybe he was just a few months shy of 10 (like 9 years and 10 months).

Does anyone know what Bae is alluding to?
The last time we saw Bae back in Desperate Souls, Rumple hadn’t started dealing yet. Sure, he killed that cart-man, and their maid. But 14-year-old Nealfire wouldn’t have seen his papa punish anyone for deal-breaking yet…
Another possibility is that between the events of “Desperate Souls” (1×8) and “The Return” (1×19), several months passed. There must’ve been several other incidents in between those episodes of people making deals with Rumple and suffering the consequences. In the “Return” Baelfire said Rumple hurt people all the time and was constantly getting worse.

I can’t wait to listen to the new podcast- apparently my itunes didn’t want to download it originally!! Even if they didn’t think it added to the episode- I feel like it would add to the overall story. It would have given us a look into Rumples boyhood. Here’s hoping it pops up somewhere!! I watched the season 1 deleted scenes and I liked the August scene where he says “Don’t let them see you coming”- wished they had fit that in somewhere too last season!
You don’t have to download it. You can stream it from this link by clicking the arrow/play button for 2×14 “Manhattan” by hovering your mouse cursor over the title: https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/once-upon-a-time/id561291113?mt=2

ParticipantGreat catch! Maybe Rumple should’ve listened more carefully to the seer.

Henry does something he’s never done before (for all you Henry fans)This makes me think Henry has a type of magic that we’ve never seen from him before, unless it’s something less magical like Henry saying he loves Regina.

ParticipantIn the most recent official podcast, Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis are fully on board with Neal still loving Emma to the present day:
Podcaster: Neal obviously still loves Emma.
Eddy: I think that when Emma in the bar scene says she made a deal, he knows what happens when people make deals with his father. And he does, of course, love her. He gave her up because August said she had to fulfill her destiny rather than give her up because he fell out of love with her. And, I think, unfortunately, so much time has passed and so much stuff has happened and she’s so hurt that he understands that, at least in his mind, it was a door that got closed off to him, but that doesn’t mean you stop loving someone. https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/once-upon-a-time/id561291113?mt=2"That’s how you know you’ve really got a home. Does Henry know that Regina killed Graham? Cause I can see Regina and Emma having an argument over who should raise Henry and Emma throws out that Regina killed Graham on her list of bad things Regina has done.
Yes, in 1×8 Henry knows Regina killed Graham because he remembered, and Henry is afraid of Regina killing Emma.

It’s also the way that Cora said “Let’s seal it like we used to” and the look on Rumple’s face. He didn’t seem happy about it. Like she had some sort of power over him. Maybe for Cora it was all about power and seducing Rumple to get power and money, ect. But for Rumple, perhaps it became something more. We know he’s claimed he’s not an easy man to love, what if Cora is another woman who rejected him (like Milah?)
That’d be interesting if dark Rumple actually cared for Cora at one point. I wonder if he isn’t just using her though, knowing that Regina would be the one to cast the dark curse for him.

So then maybe it’s Cora’s heart Regina has in her hands in the pics?
I don’t think so, since those pictures are from “The Queen is Dead” (the episode before this one). Here is an entire thread where that topic is discussed: https://oncepodcast.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=85&t=2943

I’ve been trying to figure out who Cora will want Rumple to kill first: Henry or Belle. I think these are the two most likely possibilities because I think her first goal is to really hurt Rumple.
Yes, good point. Cora probably thinks that killing Belle would hurt Rumple more than hurting Henry would, since I don’t think Cora knows about Henry being Rumple’s grandson. However, the reason I think she could go after Henry is because she wants consider’s Regina’s love for him to be a weakness that she wants to wipe out so that Regina will fully turn evil once and join Cora in her quest for power.
