Jullian Morris could be Baeman, and/or could be a young Captain Hook (before he became THE Captain Hook of the notorious Peter Pan tale). What if Baeman is Baelfire’s biological father? Milha, who may be Mrs. Rumpel, could have had an affair with Baeman (aka Captain Hook), gotten pregnant with Baelfire, left Baelfire with Rumpel to leave for Neverland. š”

I call that Baelfire's mother left him and Rumpel for Captain Hook and ran away to Neverland. That would mean Captain Hook could also be Baelfire's biological dad.

Beaman, a criminal who deals in stolen antiques. This role may be recurring.
Perhaps Captain Hook’ criminal name is Baeman! Perhaps there is a rivalry between Hook and Rumpel! That might explain why he came searching for his hook, which Rumpel had somehow acquired. Also, if Hook was stuck in Neverland until Rumpel brought magic to SB, it would explain why he’s still alive after several centuries (if he’s the same age as Rumpel, give or take several years).
Sidenote: Julian Morris could be Prince Phillip, Jack, or Baeman, or someone else.

There was also the suggestion of a vortex opening up like in “The Return” causing all of the damage, and possibly sucking Mary Margaret and Emma in which is why they’re nowhere to be found in any of the pictures so far.
It does seem strange that two of the leads haven’t been spotted at all in any of the outdoor scenes, but I wonder how they would be able to get them back if they got sucked into a vortex. It could explain Jefferson’s appearance though, and his hat being in one of the photos. (Of course, when I want to find the photo, I can’t but I know Prince Charming is in it too.)
So I’m guessing maybe it might go like this just based on what spoilers have been given so far if Snow and Emma did get sucked into a vortex.
I saw these on my tumblr, which may account for Ginnifer Goodwin’s (SW’s) absence. It also seems Jennifer Morrison (Emma) is finally on set:

I guessed right. I knew his description sounded a lot like First Knight with Richard Gere as Lancelot. Here is the movie summary for that 1995 feature film, First Knight:
Lancelot lives by the sword. In fact, they’re next door neighbours, so teaming up to fight for money comes pretty naturally. Lady Guinevere, on her way to marry King Arthur is ambushed by the evil Sir Malagant. Fortunately Lancelot is lurking nearby and he rescues his future queen. Hereās a piece of Once Upon a Time casting news that we like a lot ā even, one could say, a Lancelot.
Sinqua Walls, who as of late has been recurring on MTVās Teen Wolf as pack member Boyd, has been cast on ABCās fantastical sophomore drama as Sir Lancelot, TVLine has learned exclusively.
Iām hearing that Once Upon a Time will introduce Lancelot as a āsword for hire with nothing to lose,ā a onetime proud member of King Arthurās Round Table who has since been banished, tearing him away from his true love (Queen Guinevere, as lore tells us).
Though unconfirmed by ABC, sources tell me Walls will appear in at least two episodes as Lancelot. The actorās other TV credits include Friday Night Lights (playing Jamarcus Hall), The Secret Life of the American Teenager and Pair of Kings.

I love this one of Mr. Gold/Regina in costume, though it could be a behind-the-scenes photo. At least it appears like Rumpel won’t be turning green in S2! He’s just way more attractive as a human than a Gollum-like creature.
